    It would be extremely helpful if the Owner Adjustments Report allowed adjustments to be filtered, grouped, or separated by adjustment/expense name.

    Ideally, this could work in one (or both) of the following ways:
    • Add the ability to group or filter adjustments by name directly in the report
    • Or provide a formula-based/custom field option similar to the “Custom Fee” field, where adjustments can be pulled dynamically by name

    This would allow users to:
    • Easily separate different expense types
    • Total costs by each adjustment category
    • Improve expense tracking, reporting accuracy, and owner statements

  8. Owner report can only have 2 sub reports, one is Booking/Financial/Revenue report and one is owner adjustments. When you run the report and choose the date range, both sub reports will run data of bookings within this time frame. Any data outside the date range can't be generated.

    However, we want to add more sub reports (e.g Year to Date financial report) there to generate the information OUTSIDE of the date range selected.

    Im summary, we want to select multiple date ranges for each sub report and show all those sub ones in 1 owner report only.

  9. Currently, when the checkbox is checked in the Pre-arrival form builder, the label changes to “Required,” and when it is unchecked, it changes to “Optional,” which makes it seem like checking the box keeps the field optional. Improving the clarity of this interaction would reduce confusion.

  13. With the new Promo Codes endpoint, we now have the capability to retrieve/manage promo codes. However, we are currently unable to apply a promo code when generating a quote or lead.

    The PM requires the functionality to pass a promo code when retrieving a quote, in order to accurately display the price breakdown to the customer and initiate the checkout process.

  14. We need to have notifications sent to hosts when the guest has not signed the rental agreement. We have signature on the rental agreement as a requirement before check in details with the door code can be sent but there is no notification if it doesn't get signed. We want to eliminate the issue of a guest showing up to the property with no way to start their stay. This seems like a simple thing, if it isn't signed, there should be a warning message sent to the host 5 days prior to the stay so we can reach out…

  17. In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.

    E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]

    But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

  19. I would recommend Hostfully to immediately search and show a drop down of existing guests after we start typing the guests' first or last name, to match with existing records. Usually when we need to create manual bookings, chances are they are returning guests. And after clicking the name we chose, auto populate the remaining fields such as email, address, phone number, etc.
