pet fee
The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.
This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.

PM inquired whether moving a channel booking (Airbnb/Booking.com) from one property to another, or between sub-units within a multi-unit property, which causes a price change, is there a way to retain the booking original price?

Option to Open Listings in Same Tab on Hostfully Direct Booking Site

When clicking on a listing on the Hostfully Direct Booking Site, whether from the search results or the Featured Properties list, the listing opens in a new browser tab.2/ Feedback / Suggested Improvement:

Right now, we can edit the Minimun stay for a specific date range in the calendar. Would be usefull to add the Maximun stay as well.

Ability to log and report Agency-level adjustments
Currently, Hostfully only supports adjustments tied to owners and properties. However, many agencies also need to track and reconcile agency-wide expenses that are not connected to a specific property or owner.
Examples include:
Hostfully subscription fees
Inventory purchases used across multiple properties
Invoices paid directly by the agency (e.g., software, utilities, maintenance contracts)
Having a way to enter, categorize, and report these agency-level adjustments would provide a more complete financial picture for monthly reconciliation.

Making an exportable calendar link that simply adds the 1 day (departure day) to the data, so that it could be imported to google, so that the cleaners know when people are checking in, how long they are staying to leave appropriate supplies, etc.

Keep booking data of deleted properties
When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.

Enable Keyword Search in Inbox
Currently, the inbox search on Hostfully only allows searching by guest name or email. It would be incredibly helpful if users could also search by keywords within the conversation history.
There are many situations where we may not remember a guest’s exact name or email, but we can recall specific words, details, or phrases from the conversation. Being able to search by any keyword written in a message would:
Greatly improve efficiency in finding past communications
Save time when retrieving important details
Provide a smoother workflow for property managers

It's hard to keep track of many features in the same ticket, so let's user this ticket for the Goggle authentication and feel free to open other tickets for the other improvements you suggested.

Owner block from property manager!
Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

be able to use the scope per total order with all channels when creating a fee
During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.

Allow full Security Deposit collection at booking even when % due at reservation is less than 100%
Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.
Example:
If a PM sets “50% due at reservation” and “Security Deposit at booking,” the system should allow collecting 50% of the booking total plus 100% of the Security Deposit in the same initial charge.2 votes
