  1. Guests message at all hours of the day and night and while we would love to respond, often times, answers can wait until the next day. We would love it if we could set up a triggered message that would auto respond to a confirmed guest during out of office hours. In that message, we could certainly include information about emergency contacts if appropriate for the situation. Please add this so that we can have days off!

  3. My cleaners see blocked dates as well as booked dates as the same color in Service Provider portal calendar, so they never know if its a check out or just a blocked date.

    It's much more helpful if we can have different colors for bookings blocks in SP portal.

  6. Support HEIC file uploads for listing photos. Currently I cannot upload photos directly from my iPhone as they are default in HEIC format. Once I convert them to jpg some of the channels like booking.com say the photos are not high quality enough. Supporting high quality HEIC photo uploads would save a lot of reformatting and mucking around on the admin side of things when we just want to quickly update amenity photos or photos of the local surrounding areas where we won't necessarily have the professional photography photos. Thank you.

At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.

    Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

  8. it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message

  9. We need to direct people to make reservations at a specific set of properties, however, the only link that we have from Hostfully gives access to all listings. We would like to create a link to direct to 6 listings only.

  12. At the moment, we can only force sync at property level.

    let say i change my cancellation policy in all my listings and i did it with my bulk edit tool

    i have to click one by one in the sync button to push the update to Airbnb instantly.

    I'd like to force sync to multiple or all properties at once to save time

  13. Please consider offering a different booking window for direct website + hostfully booking widget vs other booking channels. For example in high season OTAs could have 2 week window and own website longer window to promote direct bookings.

    Alternatively, this could be achieved by creating blocks that do not apply to direct website.

  15. Add the ability for guest's to have to sign or initial the rental conditions within the document (such as if you have a specific section you want them to note), not just the overall document.

    And/Or the ability to add multiple required signed forms such as adding a liability form for kayaks/bikes/etc.

  19. When updating pricing manually it would be nice to have notes that remind me when school holidays are as well as events and bank holidays etc. Otherwise, I find myself reducing/adjusting pricing that shouldn't be changed.
