Implement Grandchild Listing
The reason the prospect is not moving forward with transitioning from Guesty to Hostfully is due to not having grandchild listing. We have parent child listing, but Guesty allows you to have parent/child/grandchild listing which she needs.

More flexibility to split the charge into more than 2 payments
Hi team,
At the moment, the system doesn't support splitting 2nd payment into 2 or more payments.
As a workaround, users should:
1. Create manual payment link from Stripe > send to the guest
2. Once the guest pays, Record a payment manually from Pipeline
3. When the 2nd payment is due, the payment link will be sent to the guest with the correct amountThat seems like a very overly-complicated way to handle this very simple use case. We would love to have an option to bill card on file and apply to balance feature to the platform.

Photos caption on direct booking site
It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
They have relevant and important information.

Payment Information
It would be nice if there was a drop down for payments received. Instead of only saying charge, maybe it should say Payment or Refund and an additional box that says "Payment Type" (Check/Check#, Credit Card, Other".

Multiple Direct Booking Sites
Possibility to have different direct booking sites from the same agency and use it as different branding. manage properties but I'd like to have different tier of properties under different branding instead of lumping them into the same direct booking site

Put dates on the whole calendar in the Mobile App
Put dates on the Calendar in the Mobile APP, it only shows some dates.

Ability for data to export to Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts
I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts

Specified Date Trigger
Having a trigger to send a message to guests at a specific date would be helpful for seasonal newsletters as well as recurring things that are date specific such as yearly events, date that kayaks are removed, date that indoor fireplaces are opened up.

Having report variable for Booking Lead Time (subtracting the booked date from the check-in date)
No I am trying to see the number of days inbetween the date the reservation was booked, and the check-in date. This is called "booking window" or "lead time"

Make more variables work for trigger "New Message in Inbox"
As a Property Manager, I would like to get as much information as possible about the SMS/Email notification upon receiving a new message. It would be better to know which guest [$GUESTNAME$] is sending the message, from which channel [$LEADCHANNEL$]/which property [$PROPERTYINTERNALNAME$].
At the moment, only these 2 variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. I want more variables to work with this event.

Preview bit when pasting the DBS link
The preview bit is the only thing that has never worked from the begining - when we share the link on facebook or imessage, it doesnt show a preview

Owner adjustment table should include "Notes" (and maybe allow selecting columns)
Recent changes to the UI for owner adjustments is overall good, but there's two changes that are not good and I'd like you to pass this feedback to your product team.
We NEED the column for Notes to be visible in the table, as it was before the latest update. We use Name to categorize the expense and Notes to spell out what it was. Now I have to painfully click into each row to see if I logged something properly. This is a huge time suck by hiding that.

Override the availability of booked dates to show them available
A guest booked, left early and vacated the house for 2 weeks. The reservation was confirmed and paid. As a PM, I want to open the rest of the dates (2 weeks) without having to cancel or modify the booking.

Please create the option book within a specific period of time, from when the code was sent. i.e. when a guest checks out, they can receive the greatest discount to book with 72 hours of their stay. This would stimulate return bookings. I have seen these offers work at the end of a conference or the like. The best time to book your next trip is while you are enjoying your current one.

Change hold error message from
When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
=> would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"1 vote
