  1. While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.

    The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

Would be great to have more variables for late checkout like extra hours, extra charges, etc... this would be used when a guest pays for a late checkout for example, when they pay for 2 extra hours, the confirmation email should provide the new check out time, and the total hours their reservation has now been extended. Thank you!

  4. If the guest goes to a specific property page, they can check the dates that are available (highlighted) and the dates that are booked (greyed out).

    On the main page, since it's sorted by locations, which means that if PMs have 3 properties at the same location Show Low, AZ, the system can't provide availability of a single property and ignore the other 2. Therefore, I believe it's by design to show the Calendar this way for all dates.

  5. I just checked and Hostaway does have this feature to to export the whole calendar to other channels instead of each listing. It would be much simpler and time saving.

  6. Many fees are the same for every property, or for large groups of properties. It's a huge pain to have to add every fee to each property individually. There should be an option to set defaults globally and then override them at the property level.

    We are planning to provide bulk edit capabilities for Fees and Policies, as we did for Main Property Settings. Once the feature is deployed, setting fees across your inventory (or a subset you select) will be done in a couple clicks.

  7. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully. Airbnb allowed me to cancel with a waiver, but they said the would not allow it again. I had to turn off the extended stay discount. I…

  8. I have several restaurants in my guidebook that have a full bar as well as a restaurant. Currently it is necessary to list the restaurant twice separately as a restaurant and as a bar. It would be more convenient to just select the restaurant once and then be given the option to add multiple categories related to the restaurant.

  10. I have connected a couple of properties to the Airbnb calendar of the owner via iCal, which is causing the owner's bookings from Airbnb to appear in check-in report, even in Quickbooks.

    It would be great if these bookings should not appear there as the owner takes care of them.

  11. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25).   12. When you update the price for the range beyond the booking window, the 2 boxes to prevent check-in & checkout are ticked. But when the date opens up, or when you extend the booking window, the dates stay prevented for check-in & checkout.

    What this does is cause us to not be able to adjust dates ahead of the booking window. We have to wait for the booking window to open and then adjust dates at that time

  13. Currently we can only manage calendar import/export from the specific calendar management page. This is a bit cumbersome, especially if you have to add/manage multiple feeds to the same listing (from different external sources)

    the page always refreshes and you have to choose the listing every time. it's very annoying. Also, we can't access these feeds from the property management page which is a more useful place to have this information.

  17. It's confusing when it comes to the payment by Booking.com option as it's unclear about the requirement and timeline.

    Therefore, it would be helpful if Hostfully makes a Deal with booking that all their customers are offered the payments by booking option. As they say now I must wait for an invite. But it doesn't say when the invite will come
