At the moment, if I setup auto security deposit refund. The schedule will be cancelled when bookings are cancelled. Which is tedious.

Trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds
Simply to have a trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds that would send a message for the guest to know their payment didn’t go through with a new secure payment link and possibly a reminder that their reservation will only be held for a period of time (maybe a week depending on how far out the booking is) unless payment is successfully processed.
I may just create my own template to use manually.

Integrate with Stripe's Checkout product for Chargeback Protection
Hostfully widget is a custom integration, this is why property manager cannot enroll in Chargeback Protection. Per this article "Stripe Checkout" is a must

Order endpoint to expose discount information
In PMP, there are two types of discounts: length of stay and discount code, and neither can be retrieved via GET order request.
Because the length of stay reduction is applied straight to the rent, there is no information about the reduced amount in the order. The discount code contains a separate line item, but there is no information about the discount in the GET order; all we see is a gap between the baseAmount and subTotal; there is no apparent indication that a discount has been applied.

Allow capital letter in the middle of a guest's name
At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

Fix whimstay for quickbooks
Whimstay reservations are sent to quickbooks as if they are direct bookings, going into the agency clearing account. However, Whimstay is actually the merchant of record, and holds on to the funds until the guest arrives (like airbnb). These transactions should be reported to Quickbooks as going into a Whimstay Clearing account.

Add condition if the rental agreement has not been signed and check in is X days away
I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.
For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

Sort the Property and Owner list in Report / Filter in Alphabetical order
It's really helpful if the items in the Report / Filter can be sorted in Alphabetical order. Imagine we have a lot of Owners and properies and it takes time to find them in that list while Ctrl+F / Cmd+F seems to not be working on this.

The product release notes are already published on Hostfully's website, so it seems like it should be easy to set up a subscription button that pushes update notifications out as soon as they're posted.

Expose and Improve "Place on hold" email template to add booking dates
It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:
