  1. To have an "are you sure" tab before an integration can be turned off. It should not be so easy as to click it when scrolling through the integrations on my phone.

  2. We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.

    By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

  4. I want to add action "create job" for event "owner added calendar block". When an owner creates a block on their calendar we want to be able to automate and create a trigger to create a job because that owner block is an owner stay.

  9. We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.

    I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.

    I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.

  10. I'm working on the pre-arrival form. Some custom fields apply to one property but not the other. The problem is I don't have the ability to customize the pre-arrival form between properties. For example - for one property I need to know certain things. I don't need any of these questions for the other property and would prefer to send them a pre-arrival form with less customization.

  12. The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
    If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.

  13. Under Properties > Photo tab, I want to assign multiple photos to specific rooms so that when guests click on the main photo for the "Where You'll Sleep" section on Airbnb, they'll be taken to a page with all the photos relating to that room.

  14. Alexa show device is a great way to directly give specific recommendations to your guest. If this can sync with our guidebook we can create those specific ideas through the Alexa app on property to explain how to operate something or where to find things....

  15. it'd a crutial feature for us. To export the transactions to an accounting software, I need to be able to build enhanced report templates that contain a column with the real transaction date for all types of payment methods. The fact that we cannot specify the exact date of a payment that has arrived on our bank account by other means than credit card is really problematic.

  16. Have the ability to set at least one of the description fields by channel. For example, if I want to put something in my description to show on Vrbo and my Direct Booking site, but NOT on Airbnb, it would be great to have the ability to show/hide specific content to specific channels.

  19. The emails for vrbo for every listing say the sender name is the company name and I think this is adding confusion for travelers. We want to change the sender name for certain properties or templates

    • In UAE, we need to collect Tourism Dirham for the first 30 nights of long-term booking regardless of how many days it is, which should be flat amount per night (AED 10 per night). But the setting in HF is not supported that yet.

    • If I set it under Fees & Policies and have “long term stay exemption” is 30, this means when guest book a reservation beyond 30 nights, no tax will be collected for Tourism Dirham.

    • If I choose "ignore tax charge for over 30 days" in Property Main setting, it does not work for Airbnb channel and…
