Add which agent sent a message to the guest
Under each agent message it shows " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am"
It would be very useful to have the agent listed here too. e.g. " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am by <agent>"
It will make it easier to track agent responses in the booking thread

Changing layout of featured properties on website
On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

Set fees globally in bulk
Many fees are the same for every property, or for large groups of properties. It's a huge pain to have to add every fee to each property individually. There should be an option to set defaults globally and then override them at the property level.
48 votesWe are planning to provide bulk edit capabilities for Fees and Policies, as we did for Main Property Settings. Once the feature is deployed, setting fees across your inventory (or a subset you select) will be done in a couple clicks.

Guest email addresses in emails
With the new inbox we are getting replies from guests coming to our actual email account (ie: gmail or google) which is great as we were missing guests replies when they were coming into the inbox. However if I wish to reply to the guest from my email account not the inbox their address is not their just platform@hostfully. Is there any way to have their actual email address added as well (for non Airbnb guests - as I understand Airbnb have dedicated emails)

Prompt user when minimum night stay is not met
When reservation agents are making a booking, prompt them if the minimum night stay is not met. With several properties and settings, the agent does not always have that info at hand.

View Property Name In Scheduled Messages and Message Log Tabs
Currently the "Scheduled Messages" tab only shows guests name. It should indicate for which property the message will be sent.

See Which Triggers Associated With a Property
Currently you cannot see if triggers/custom template apply to a certain property without opening the custom template.
A view within the property itself to see which triggers are associated with it would make it very quick.

Allow direct access to additional Airbnb settings...
There are a suite of additional settings within Airbnb that are NOT accessible via Hostfully. Things like weekly and monthly discounts, pre-booking message, creating a customized listing link can only be modified by un-syncing the listing and editing it through Airbnb.

When guests are paying above a certain amount we want to be able to handle them differently and send special service notes with information to service providers and ourselves.

All all TIME variables to have option for AM/PM vs. Military time
I use [$LEADDEPARTURETIME$] in multiple automated triggers to remind guest of their upcoming check out time.
Normal time is 11:00am but we do allow for later at times.
When I use the variable, it just says "11:00" in military time and "13:00" for 1pm.
The issue is since most are 11:00am.. and it just shows 11:00, guest could push it and you said 11:00, we assumed 11:00pm!
I could hardcode "AM" in the text, but then when we allow for a late checkout in the afternoon, it would say ex: "13:00AM"... kinda odd.

Filter by reservation tag in Pipeline
Use the "Add tag" feature to add tags that can then be used to filter the Pipeline. I.e. "Return Guest"

Customize the lead capture form
When a lead is generated on our sites (due to no availability) they are currently not input into Hostfully, but instead just emailed. It would be helpful to have the option of having lead information stored in hostfully so that we don't have to manually add them if we find a date that works for them, Also a phone number is needed to be captured on the lead form too, as sometimes our emails to these leads go to spam and we need a way to follow up,

Quote or Special Offer option for VRBO enquiries.
I get a typical enquiry from VRBO guests requesting a discount/offer for longer stays. AirBnB allows the option to offer a discount, special offer, but Hostfully integration with VRBO does not. The work around puts the guest out and depends on gaining a lot of trust.

Put a modification of reservation duration
When adding nights to an existing stay, allow a time duration to allow them to pay or else the addition is cancelled.

The ability to have Vacation Rent Payment on the property level in Hostfully
We would like to be able to choose Vacation Rent Payment as our payment processor so we can use different VRP accounts on the property level in Hostfully.
Our accounting systems and processes and PMS we are transitioning from allowed us to use our multiple Vacation Rent Payment accts.
