Another very helpful thing would be to have the messages scroll separately from the list of messages. Just like they do in the Airbnb message system.

Long term stays and recurring payments
At least 85% of our guests book via our direct booking website. The majority of them stay with us for 2-6 months. They always want to pay for just 1 month at a time, but Hostfully requires them to pay for the entire stay up front. This scares some potential guests away because even though we explain that we can manually just charge them for 1 month at a time, all they see is the huge total amount for the entire stay when they do a search for their dates. Be able to add digital signatures to custom templates
We would really like to be able to have a digital signature added to any custom templates as we send out contracts once booking is confirmed and we would like a guest to be able to digitally sign it

Push Length of Stay Discounts to Booking.com
As a property manager, I'd like to be able to push the length of stay discount at the bottom of the pricing tab in Hostfully to Booking.com. This is not currently possible due to Hostfully not supporting multiple rate plans in Booking.com. Please vote on this idea if you would like this implemented.

Credit card processing fee only applies to RENT but not to Total amount
Hi there. I'm using Stripe as a payment processor. I have added a Credit card processing fee 4% but it is only applies to RENT but not to all amount like Cleaning fee, taxes or pet fee, etc. I end up paying hundreds of dollars out of my pocket every month plus I receiving questions from the owners.

Display Blocks in Pipeline
As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

Hellosign - allow variables and editing
More control over how the contract gets set up.
Would like ability to determine the structure of the form:
-where the contract gets signed
-where the initials go
-insert variables to make the contract more detailedWhen contesting a chargeback with a guest, you should be able to show them a contract with terms, and demonstrate that you’re actually due those funds (better success if initials are next to crucial terms).
Initials next to "I read the cancellation policy section on chargebacks"

Display each listings' average Revyoos rating within main picture.
Each individual listing has its own reviews.

Keep last choice as default in "show active properties only" section of properties tab
Currently the platform doesn't keep the last choice as default in the property section of the website. When choosing to “show active properties only” the property manager has to make that choice every single time they log back on to the site, rather than just keeping that default.

Include total $ amount collected in occupancy agreement
Allow users to include the $ amount collected to the rental agreement, as it is sometimes necessary during legal disputes, to show that amount.
Renaming the rental agreement to "occupancy agreement" would also be a more acurate name, since renter laws such as rent control don't apply to Short Term Rentals.5 votes -

It would be really helpful to be able to select a timeframe for the discount - ie. Stay 7 nights and receive % discount.

Make Excel exports usable by exporting number fields for all numbers - not TEXT with $
When I go to the "Financial Reports" and "Export Extended Data" it produces an Excel spreadsheet. The problem with that sheet is that the dollar values for all the rent, fees, etc come out in the spreadsheet as a TEXT field ($100) instead of a number (100), so the data cannot be used to add up a total because it's TEXT and not a NUMBER. Surely this can be easily fixed by your development team so these spreadsheets come out ready to use.

Create gap-day trigger 48 hrs before booking starts/ends, allowing guest to add days
If there are dates available to extend the stay (either before or after the dates that the guest initially chose), create the possibility to notify the guest at the last minute, so that they can easily extend their stay if there are available dates before the next guest's booking starts.

Booking lead time / % at reservation customizable per channel
Integrated partners with VRBO and booking.com are forced to be the merchant of record but also forced to be instabook. This leaves no time to vet your guest. This is a receipt for fraud! The booking lead times should should be able to be set per platform. Moreover, the % due at reservation should also include a category to pay the remaining % "x" days AFTER the RESERVATION is made.
