    I want to set property's check-out time to be 10:30. At the moment, the supported values are [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23].

  5. Support vertical ratios/ images in templates

    Currently, Hostfully does not support vertical ratios in the email templates, so the vertical property image is cropped in a system template (Booking Payment Confirmed).

  6. VRBO Custom Rules

    Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.

  7. Have only the Government ID field mandatory (not Government ID country and Government ID number)

    Be able to have the Government ID as a required field on the Pre-Arrival From, and not requiring the Government ID country and the Government ID number fields.

    When connecting BDC channel in Hostfully, the pop up says BDC ID (7 digits), but some hotel IDs can be 7 or 8 digits.

    I need to have a variable to pull the available property with an agency web link, not DBS link for "Email Property List"
    As an example: for instead when an available property is:

  12. Manually add customer info into customer data section

    In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

  19. Adjust the footer of the new DBS

    For the new DBS, it shows full Agency information, including Agency name, phone number and website. I don't want my phone number to be shown there. I'd be better if we can adjust what can be shown on the footer.
