Date Analytics for Guidebooks
In addition to the "when" and "who" is accessing the guidebook (currently provided), I'd like to see what areas of the guidebook they're accessing and how frequently, so I can see where I may need to improve it for future guests.

Enable groups for access controls
I'd like to add "groups" of users where anyone in that group can manage bookings/listings/etc.
As it is now: Each lead is assigned to an individual. If someone else needs to do something, they have to take ownership then go back in and make the changes, then go back and re-assign it.
I'd like a group "West Coast Property Managers" and any user in that group can manage any leads/properties in that group at any time.
The logs should show who did what when but this would avoid the overhead of having to reassign things.

Multiple purchase on guidebook marketplace
Let people do multiple purchase in the merket place, at the moment people can buy 1 item at the time and do everything again to buy a second item.

Forecast Reporting
Report capability to review bookings and revenue data at the same time in each year. For example, I'd like to review how many bookings I had in 2021 for 2022.

Discount Codes - Allow for discount codes to also apply to cleaning fees, etc.
Specifically, we have owners who like to offer gifted stays for for friends/ family and they want to pay for cleaning too. When we create discount codes for them to easily book, we want to have the option to not have the guest pay a cleaning fee as well.

Enable any stripe account to be integrated with Marketplace upsell services
A category for hostfully guidebooks' marketplace needs to be added.
Marketplace payment transactions would best be integrated individually with selected stripe accounts (rather than defaulting to the two scenarios below ) , because upsell services may be related to service providers or simply not associated with the property's financial accounting.
Also reporting should include a feature for marketplace transactions.
Does anyone have any best practices and tips on how to best price and collect payments for upsell services in the marketplace? How to track and reconcile these purchases across all booking platforms and multiple stripe accounts?

The ability in addition to discount codes to offer BOGOF type deals - Ie during X week of December by 3 night vacation and get 1 night free. So on and so forth.

Log showing history of changes made by team members
A change log history for which shows which agent:
- accepted the booking
- communicated when
- changed booking details
- adjusted dates
- changed price
- cancelled a booking
- changed property data
- deactivated properties, channels, integrationsBasically a history log for all bookings.

Allow discount codes to be editable and be able to create excluded dates within them.
Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.
It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…22 votes -
Partner program with x% partner commission on agency commission
We like to set up a partner program for our agency where every partner that refers a new property owner receives a lifetime commission of x% calculated as %tage of our agency commission.
"Must-have":
(1) A list of partners maintained in Hostfully, with their contact data and the %commission they will receive
(2) The option in the Property administration to add a partner that should receive commission on agency commission

Make Rate Multiplier available at Property Level
I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.

Show property price in the list view once dates and guest count have been entered
Right now prospective guests are REALLY struggling to understand how much our properties cost. It's the number one question we get from people who are searching on our direct booking site.
The problem is that there is no way to compare prices across properties other than drilling down into several property pages open in several tabs and entering dates and guest count info in each one.
It would be much easier to enter the dates and guest count once in the main search and see the total displayed under each property's tile. It's nice that there's already the ability to…

Default messaging channel to how a guest initiated communication
Currently, when a guest sends a message via SMS, you can respond, but have to change the default to SMS from email. The default is always email for direct bookings. It would be nice to have the default be however the guest initiated conversing.

Expand length of the Direct Booking Site "Review Response" field
As a PM I would like to have up to 500 characters to respond to a guest review so that I can be very detailed about my response. Right now, there's a limit of 255 characters.

Configure agency split per owner per property
As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.

Show more details for Airbnb inquiry in Hostfully Inbox
As a PM, I’d find it helpful to have more details (listing, booking, …) to Airbnb inquiry. At the moment, it just shows up in Inbox with no further details, and can be tricky to get the full context for a proper response.
