Run a job report for cleaner
I would like to run a cleaning report to see how many jobs were done in a period of time. Currently I have manually count the number of jobs on the calendar to see how many jobs have been done. This leaves a large margin for error.

Has there been any discussions about Hostfully platform being able to

Support children and pets count in the quote endpoint
Since we can send a booking request with childrenCount and petCount, it
would be nice for the quote endpoint to support these request params too.If we could send a quote request taking into account
the number of children and pets, we could rely on a single source of truth
to display a final price based on the customer's request.Right now, we have to compute the total price ourselves from quote + customfee results which could lead to price calculation errors.

Service Providers- PM's need notification when a job is 'declined' or pending
When a job is scheduled, Service Provider/Cleaner gets email with option to View, Accept or Decline.
Currently, only when the Accept option is chosen, will an email generate to give the PM get a notification.Can you please add a function so PM's receive an email when a Service Provider "Declines" a job ?
Why? So PM's can assure the job is assigned or reassigned appropriately. When many properites & jobs scheduled, how do we check declined and unassigned jobs?Part 2: Can support add a function /section that displays "Declined and Unassigned jobs?

Assigning multiple Service Providers per property
Sometimes Cleaner 1 is not available to clean Unit A. When I look at Unit A's calendar for "June", I want to be able to assign some of the cleans to Cleaner 1 and some assigned to Cleaner 2. I don't believe this is possible.

For the random issue of images loading sideways, can the support team add a "ROTATE" button? It will easiy/quickly resolve this issue.

Create CRM contacts based on phone number, not email
Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

Pre-Arrival and eSign agreement combined option
Putting the 2 forms together provides a smooth low friction method to acquire all guest information and a signed agreement all on one page. The page should also allow guests to change the number of guests and update them back to channels as a change. We occasionally see guests book as one guest as a mistake or avoiding fees; however, once they understand the requirement, they correct the number.
A Pre-Arrival/Agreement Page (Guest Agreement) would require pertinent information(Names, Ages, ID, Acceptance, signature). The form could also have a "Required after X hours" trigger to alert the guest and agent that…

Allow options of when to post on the Channel
I'm not too fond of some booking sites. Some seem to attract the wrong guests and charge high commissions; however, if we use them wisely, we can get the right guest and occupancy %. I want the options of circumstances to display inventory:
X number of days to Y number of days in the future.
Occupancy % of X to Y for a given monthI could use them to attract early/late bookers or handle the 1st or last of my desired inventory, as I see the need on all channels.

Block or remove fields that are governed by another integration
My Hostfully is integrated with Beyond Pricing. However, it is confusing to know which platform governs my settings, when both platforms offer fields to adjust the same settings. For those fields in the Main Settings and other tabs that are actually governed by another integration, I would like to be able to remove or block those fields. For example, because Beyond Pricing governs length of minimum stays, I would remove or block the "Minimum Stay" field in Hostfully. Thank you.

Revyoos / Hostfully Process
The process we are thinking would be the following:
When the PM clicks on Revyoos “ON” button in the partner section, this should generate a link including the client ID similar to:
https://www.revyoos.com/clients/#/login?source=hostfully&id_client=8374df983749874
This url would lead to our registration form when the customer connects for the first time. For future connections, this same url would lead directly to our login instead of the register form.
Once registered, using the client ID we get through the URL, we would request you through the API the PM property information to automatically create them in Revyoos.

Reviews average rating (Revyoos)
On our widget, we display the average star rating and nº of reviews according to the sources. As initially you will not use our widget, it would be good if you could display this information on your own review section using the information we provide you by API.

Allow for unlimited number of pricing rules
Currently there are a fixed number of pricing rules. 1 increase and 2 decrease. I would like the ability to add more rules.

Better Designed Daily Report for Airbnb
We need a better designed Daily Report and it needs to include Ongoing stays. Airbnb has this feature and it's such a nice "at a glance" for my entire team to view and get their bearings for the day. This should be on our dashboard -not hidden under Reports.

Faster way to switch between properties under an individual property page
When looking at an individual property page some kind of dropdown or selection bar that allows users to switch between properties without having to go back to the property page would be very helpful.

Add internal notes fields in the owner and service provider sections under property settings
"Notes" or "Additional Information" fields in such areas as Edit Provider, Owner under Edit Properties, etc. Other fields that would be helpful here would be an additional phone field (Office vs. Cell). Website address would also be nice.
These fields would be to enter useful information on provider services, hours, etc.
