  1. Please change the name to help all owners! Discount code gives guests the idea that they should get a discount no matter what. Promo code gives guests the idea that there must be a promotion going on and they either qualify for it or not based on being a previous guest, time of year, special event, etc. They also are more understanding if there isn't a code available. Please vote! :)

  2. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

  3. As an owner, I cannot easily tell which report is which from Owner Portal. It'd be better if we can add the date to when the report was sent, or the date range to Owner Portal > Statements.

  4. Allow jobs in the Cleaners Portal to be sorted so that the soonest job appears at the top of the screen. Our cleaners have many jobs and its a pain for them to have to scroll to the bottom of the each each time. Thanks

  5. Currently the calendar is limited to 6 months in the past and 15 months in the future.
    I would like to expand the future to at least 2 years, if not indefinitely.

  7. As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.

  8. My cleaner is working with 2 Agencies and whenever she logs in to the Service Provider Portal, she encounters an error. It turns out that Hostfully hasn't supported a Service Provider having more than one Agency relationship.

  10. I want to set up a minimum day stay over time.
    For example:
    - 70days before stay > minimum 3 nights.
    - 50 days before stay > minimum 2 nights.
    - 30 days before stay > minimum 1 night.

    The closer the booking time is, the lower the minimum stay guests can get.

    I'm thinking of this approach made me realise they are delaying potential 1 night stays to far in advance. to maximise the pricing of those dates. (just in case demand picks up closer to date due to any particular activity)

  11. Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.

    Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.

    This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

  12. Pre-Arrival form captures guests and sub guest information. I would like to have access to my guest as well as the people that came with them and their emails if that was filled in.
    I had to contact Hostfully to provide that information to me. The sub info was left out and needed to be requested each time I wanted the report.

    the list of "jobs" is now in date order (hoorah!) BUT is reverse date order and there's no way to load additional pages, so I can currently only see bookings from Oct 9, 2023 to Oct 9, 2022.
    More..."Hostfully doesn't let me sort at all 😆 But organized by date rather than by unit (and dates all mixed up within each unit grouping) is a step up. Once we can see all visits in this view I'll be able to see all notes, but for now the list only includes the 90 or so cleans furthest way…

  15. Hi Hostfully. I recently noticed a need for the function of being able to send SMS triggers to cleaners to notify them of a reservation date change update. New booking trigger and cancelled booking triggers have been working great but cleaners won't be notified when guests change their travel dates. In this case, the original booking isn't cancelled but just updated to a different date. So it would be great if you could add original/old check-in/-out dates variables on trigger templates so cleaner can receive a message like "unit 2. original date may 3- may 6. new date may 4…

  16. When a guest is booking a reservation, chooses location and dates, it takes you to booking page where a TOTAL Cost of Stay shows, instead of the base nightly Rental Rate. This may scare off many interested guests. You can "show details" which will outline all the cost associated with the booking, but we believe it's critical to have Base Rental Nightly Rate showcased at top where it only currently shows TOTAL COST for One or More Nights. Desire what hotels and airlines show when booking reservations.

  17. Under each agent message it shows " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am"

    It would be very useful to have the agent listed here too. e.g. " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am by <agent>"

    It will make it easier to track agent responses in the booking thread

  19. Right now, applying a discount to an owner or agent originated booking/hold does not change the taxes due from the original total. I could discount any amount from the nightly rate and the taxes still reflect the original charge.

  20. Enable a booking window shorter than 1 month. I have a listing that I offer as a full house in advance, then if I have availability, I open up as a duplex to have 2 smaller listings. But I prefer for preference to go to the larger house.
