  1. have been having lots of owners with concerns about the owners portal as it is very basic and not showing much to them. On our other plattform Lodgify, they could see much more like fees breakdown, messages from clients, the jobs created etc.
    Is there a way where owners can see Jobs and more info other than what they see?
    I have set them up in full permissions and it is still very empty which is causing owners to not like the way we are managing it etc. Transparency is very important to us.

  3. When I get a lead or inquiry through channels, I get an email notifying me. However, when I get a lead or inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully, I don't get notified of this. How is that possible. Is there a way that we can get a text or email when we get a lead/inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully?

  4. At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

  6. I want to apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL (including taxes and security deposit) and not the subtotal.

    For example, we need to implement a 5% fee on direct bookings but the one we have now doesn't include taxes and the security deposit when it calculates the 5%.

  7. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

  8. At the moment, it's not possible to download the conversation on Inbox.

    We'd love to have this option to download conversation and resertvation details incase of dispute, this would be very helpful specially for direct booknig since we use hostfully as our messaging platform for direct booking

When sharing a report / statement with an owner so that it appears in the owner portal, it would be nice to be able to name the file so that the owner can know which month the report pertains to. Ie, i would like to name the report "September Owner Statement" so that the owner can know which is which from the long list without having to open it.

  11. We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.

    We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
    We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week.   14. We are legally required to tax services and Add-ons, however, the service provided portal does not allow us to add taxes. Currently we're having to manually build taxes into our pricing for services & Add ons, then our accountant's have to break that information out when the reconcile accounts.

    In a perfect world, each property would have a "services tax rate" option, that would apply to any services booked for that property.

  15. AirBnB Host payout amounts do not include tax (Tax is handled by the platform before payout). But the Hostfully variables, for example [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUT_SD$] do include the taxes.

    I would like to see a new variable [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUTTAXES$]. When I get a new AirBnB booking, the owner receives an email from my Hostfully templates with the booking amount set as [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUTSD$]. This includes taxes and misleads the owner to believe that they are making more money than they are.

  16. When you add a new team member and give them access to 1 or multiple properties from your inventory, you can then assign a role to them.

    The different roles are as follows:

    • associate
    • booking agent
    • property sales manager
    • manager

    When you assign either of the roles that gives the team member to a specific property and all of its details, this also gives them access to the OWNER tab of the property.

  17. There are a suite of additional settings within Airbnb that are NOT accessible via Hostfully. Things like weekly and monthly discounts, pre-booking message, creating a customized listing link can only be modified by un-syncing the listing and editing it through Airbnb.

  18. We need a trigger for when owners amend/edit blocked dates. At present we receive one when they block or delete dates but not when they edit dates. (Ie; if they change the dates from 5 nights to 7)
    This is really important for ensuring we have accurate information for our owner stays.
