  1. The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
    I want to have the option to hide it.
    * Feedback: when adding a new "feature" maybe you should give the users options if they WANT to even use this feature instead of just implementing it with no choice.

  3. I want to apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL (including taxes and security deposit) and not the subtotal.

    For example, we need to implement a 5% fee on direct bookings but the one we have now doesn't include taxes and the security deposit when it calculates the 5%.

    This is a feature we have been planning to support for a while. We'll keep you posted as the analysis for it moves along.

  13. Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.

    This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel

  15. Currently you cannot see if triggers/custom template apply to a certain property without opening the custom template.

    A view within the property itself to see which triggers are associated with it would make it very quick.

  16. There are a suite of additional settings within Airbnb that are NOT accessible via Hostfully. Things like weekly and monthly discounts, pre-booking message, creating a customized listing link can only be modified by un-syncing the listing and editing it through Airbnb.

  17. Tracking of messages and quotes sent. It would be very helpful if we can know if messages and quotes have been successfully delivered and opened, like what Mailchimp does. I am new but have not successfully gotten a booking from a quote being sent, so knowing if the messages are going to spam or inbox and evened opened would be helpful, so message content or title can be changed to increase views.

  19. If owners can create recurring monthly/weekly expenses one time and those are added automatically to the monthly statement and reports for the owners (except when they are manually removed), it will cut down a lot of manual expense adding every month for owners and property managers.
