New Variable Request - [$ORDER_TOTAL_WITHOUT_TAX$]
AirBnB Host payout amounts do not include tax (Tax is handled by the platform before payout). But the Hostfully variables, for example [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUT_SD$] do include the taxes.
I would like to see a new variable [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUTTAXES$]. When I get a new AirBnB booking, the owner receives an email from my Hostfully templates with the booking amount set as [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUTSD$]. This includes taxes and misleads the owner to believe that they are making more money than they are.

Filter by reservation tag in Pipeline
Use the "Add tag" feature to add tags that can then be used to filter the Pipeline. I.e. "Return Guest"

Booking Window shorter than 1 month
Enable a booking window shorter than 1 month. I have a listing that I offer as a full house in advance, then if I have availability, I open up as a duplex to have 2 smaller listings. But I prefer for preference to go to the larger house.

Add a tool to view the "private feedback' guests leave with their public review. This is where important property info is often left, and is very valuable info to pass along to supply stockers and maintenance.

Make Excel exports usable by exporting number fields for all numbers - not TEXT with $
When I go to the "Financial Reports" and "Export Extended Data" it produces an Excel spreadsheet. The problem with that sheet is that the dollar values for all the rent, fees, etc come out in the spreadsheet as a TEXT field ($100) instead of a number (100), so the data cannot be used to add up a total because it's TEXT and not a NUMBER. Surely this can be easily fixed by your development team so these spreadsheets come out ready to use.

Support children and pets count in the quote endpoint
Since we can send a booking request with childrenCount and petCount, it
would be nice for the quote endpoint to support these request params too.If we could send a quote request taking into account
the number of children and pets, we could rely on a single source of truth
to display a final price based on the customer's request.Right now, we have to compute the total price ourselves from quote + customfee results which could lead to price calculation errors.

Add more discounts/promotions for Vrbo
At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF

How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?
For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

Collect phone number with country code from Booking Widget
It would be nice to be able to collect the data that goes into the Booking Widget tab, especially the cell phone number is important as this is the number that we'll be able to reach the guest.
Regarding the phone number, it's really important to choose a country code. As you now allow PM to collect which country the customer comes from, we can't contact the customer if they forget to type in the country code.

pricing strategy
It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.

Dropdown location options on the Direct Booking Site
Add dropdown options for the direct booking site, giving the option not only to share the city, but also share State/Province or Country (helpful for people with listings in multiple cities, states, and countries)

Convert Currency on Direct Booking Site
I think most Hostfully property managers have guests from other countries come to the USA to visit their properties. When they book through Airbnb or VRBO, or other channels currency is converted for a smooth transaction. Using a direct booking site also must convert currency as we will have potential guests from other countries outside of the USA wanting to come visit our properties in the USA.

(1) Ability to create a code without an expiration date

I thought a complex condition would work IF the email could go out 31 days prior to arrival for guests booked for All Properties between Dec 1 and April 15, every year (the ski season in our ski resort town).
