  1. iCal sync can keep the past reservations. While we use this feature since we use all apple products and for our owners.

    We manage several properties and all of our owners use iCal to view bookings or put blocks on for themselves. We also use this for the cleaning business we run. It allows us to have all of our rental cleanings and bookings in one spot, and allows our customers and clients to add dates themselves, taking the burden off of us. Our rental cleanings don't use Hostfully.

    We are just trying to keep all of our calendar items…

  3. Airbnb inquiries remain in the pipeline and can not be deleted. I would like the ability to delete them as they clutter the inbox. It skews agency stats/metrics

  4. RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would need to make this configurable, because many PMs would already have entered pin code in another way and would not want existing pins to be overwritten.

  5. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  6. Right now, one of our client's properties that we manage is listed at the bottom of the direct book site on the left side when scrolling properties. While our properties that we own are listed above. I'd like to be able to move this property up the left side that shows all properties.

  8. I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.

    In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".

    And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.

  9. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

  11. It would be nice to be able to designate separate Public Names for a property, depending on the OTA.

    Each OTA has different requirements/allowances for name length and special characters. Airbnb for instance limits you to 50 characters, while Vrbo allows 80.

    There seems to be no limit to the number of characters Hostfully allows for the public name, and I'm not clear what happens when the name in Hostfully exceeds the OTA's allotment of characters.

    Additionally, the names used on OTA's are often more descriptive/call out amenities, or are optimized in an attempt to make them stand out. For…

    1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings…

  12. We would like to be able to choose Vacation Rent Payment as our payment processor so we can use different VRP accounts on the property level in Hostfully.
    Our accounting systems and processes and PMS we are transitioning from allowed us to use our multiple Vacation Rent Payment accts.
    As a PM, we would like to continue to offer this service to our owners for direct deposit into their accts.

If under property settings 100% of the payment is not collected at the time of reservation (i.e. certain percentage will be due x days prior to checkin), then pipeline won't show the option to "send balance payment request" until the payment due date which is x days prior to checkin date. manager should be able to send the balance payment request ahead of the due date and not wait for the payment due date to send the payment request.

  14. On the Property Main Settings page, add "Only allow Checkout ON" option, currently you can restrict Checkin Days but not checkout days without going to the pricing calendar and manually adding to each day you don't want to allow checkout.

  17. During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.
