  4. Please include a line item in the computation that shows the long stay discount. Airbnb does this and it is helpful for the guest to see that they benefited from a long stay discount. Otherwise both the guest and the host are guessing whether the length of stay discount was included in the calculation.

  7. Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
    "Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.

    Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.

  8. Although VRBO already allows for security deposit collection, having something as well for Airbnb guests would be ideal! Automating a message 1-2 weeks prior to check-in, with a link to an invoice with deposit amount would be sufficient.

    It would be up to hosts to communicate properly with guests to set expectations that this invoice will be coming prior to their arrival.

  9. Putting the 2 forms together provides a smooth low friction method to acquire all guest information and a signed agreement all on one page. The page should also allow guests to change the number of guests and update them back to channels as a change. We occasionally see guests book as one guest as a mistake or avoiding fees; however, once they understand the requirement, they correct the number.

    A Pre-Arrival/Agreement Page (Guest Agreement) would require pertinent information(Names, Ages, ID, Acceptance, signature). The form could also have a "Required after X hours" trigger to alert the guest and agent that…

  11. Expand the Sub Unit system to allow more layers.
    Ex. if you have a property with 4 apartments. each with room for 4 people. Inside the apartments you have 2 bedrooms in each. Each Bedroom can be rented as a single room with shared bathroom and kitchen and each apartment can be rented as a single apartment.

    This is not possible today as you have to choose if you would like to rent out the whole property with 4 apartments as sub units or you want to rent out the 4 apartments with the rooms as sub units.

  12. To prevent incurring non-refundable fees from Stripe, we've set 'Percentage at Reservation' to '0%' and 'Collect balance at' to 30 days. Our refund policy states that no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled arrival. When a customer makes a reservation through our website more than 30 days in advance, no credit card information is captured initially. To enhance the process, we propose making a $1 authorization to verify and capture the card, ensuring a smoother transaction when processing the charge 30 days prior to arrival.

  13. I would like to have the message with early checkin request from Booking.com guests showing up in Hostfully inbox so I can manage them in one place. Currently, it shows in Booking.com inbox, but Hostfully inbox.

    There is an original message from the guest, and that does not appear in the Inbox. It seems like it may be related to a special request (about an early check in)

    "I'd like to request check-in at x - x (checkin date). Is it ok?"

  15. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:

  16. I get a typical enquiry from VRBO guests requesting a discount/offer for longer stays. AirBnB allows the option to offer a discount, special offer, but Hostfully integration with VRBO does not. The work around puts the guest out and depends on gaining a lot of trust.

  19. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

    => Lead details only apply to checkin/out DATES, not times. We don’t currently have a way to send times from the Lead details to the lock providers.
    On remote lock, the check-in and out time is used as the default check-in/ checkout.

    PM wants to have the option to change the activated pincode time when he wants to offer early check in or late check out.
