Have Booking.com message with early checkin request supported in Hostfully inbox
I would like to have the message with early checkin request from Booking.com guests showing up in Hostfully inbox so I can manage them in one place. Currently, it shows in Booking.com inbox, but Hostfully inbox.
There is an original message from the guest, and that does not appear in the Inbox. It seems like it may be related to a special request (about an early check in)
"I'd like to request check-in at x - x (checkin date). Is it ok?"

Provide a template variable for number of pets

Apply discount code to multiple properties
At the moment, I can only either apply the same discount code to one property or all. It's not possible to apply the same code to selected properties.

Make Early/Late Check-outs visible in the calendar
Our front desk can look at the Hostfully calendar and easily see what units are vacant due to early check outs. It will be quite inconvenient to manually check each reservation to figure out which ones are really occupied.

Convert block to hold or booking
Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.
But it won't convert. So - I have to cancel the block, and am nervous during that few mins that someone could block a date on a channel and mess up the booking!Simple fix would be to allow to covert a Block to hold or booking, so it never goes unavailable for someone to grab while…

Ability to set different cancellation policies during different times of the year.
It would be nice if there was an option to set a different cancellation policy during peak season (Strict) and a less strict one during off peak season and also ability to set the policy based on lead time

Ability to edit pre-arrival form
Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
"Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.

Scheduling security deposit payments
We should have the ability to Schedule. Hopefully should also work with payment systems to negotiate a refund on the transaction fees.

Adding a complex condition to the triggers for last minute bookings. So, Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.
For last minute bookings, we send out additional documentation to verify the guest. I would like to have this sent automatically upon booking by adding complex trigger to say Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.

Create mid stay clean jobs
It would be great to create a Mid-stay clean that could be done easily by adding the time-specific trigger for job creation.
in our example, we offer a mid-stay clean for guests who stay more than 7 days.

Allow Rate Multiplier to Apply to All Fees
Currently, the rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rent. I’d like the option for the multiplier to apply to all fees (such as cleaning, service, or management fees) to offset Airbnb's host service fee.

Keep booking data of deleted properties
When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.

Allow discount codes to be editable and be able to create excluded dates within them.
Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.
It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…25 votes -
Collect Security Deposit from Airbnb guests
Although VRBO already allows for security deposit collection, having something as well for Airbnb guests would be ideal! Automating a message 1-2 weeks prior to check-in, with a link to an invoice with deposit amount would be sufficient.
It would be up to hosts to communicate properly with guests to set expectations that this invoice will be coming prior to their arrival.

Pre-Arrival and eSign agreement combined option
Putting the 2 forms together provides a smooth low friction method to acquire all guest information and a signed agreement all on one page. The page should also allow guests to change the number of guests and update them back to channels as a change. We occasionally see guests book as one guest as a mistake or avoiding fees; however, once they understand the requirement, they correct the number.
A Pre-Arrival/Agreement Page (Guest Agreement) would require pertinent information(Names, Ages, ID, Acceptance, signature). The form could also have a "Required after X hours" trigger to alert the guest and agent that…

Different security deposits for different platforms or ability to change deposit after booking
Ability to control security deposit by platform would be helpful for platforms like Booking.com which sets a maximum for the deposit.
In our case, we usually charge $500 security deposit for direct bookings, VRBO, etc, but booking.com limits it to $300, which is communicated to guests at the time of the reservation. So guests are expecting to pay a $300 deposit whereas their reservation within Hostfully has a $500 deposit due and there is not a way to change it.24 votes
