  1. Currently, Airbnb support messages are not sent to the PMS inbox, which poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires us to communicate with Airbnb support exclusively through the Airbnb app, creating a need to have both Hostfully and Airbnb notifications enabled simultaneously. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple properties.

    Moreover, Airbnb support messages are not forwarded to co-host accounts. As a result, I am unable to efficiently respond to Airbnb support requests for the properties I manage through the PMS interface. This limitation not only hampers productivity but also introduces the potential for miscommunication and delays…

  2. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

  3. Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?

    The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

  4. The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.

    To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

  5. Create a way for all guests in the part to upload a picture of their ID. Some places require this. It would be great if the pre-arrival form could have that option to upload each guest ID.

  6. Currently, if the check in or check out times in a reservation are updated within the stay details in Hostfully, those don't update the check in and check out times on devices such as locks, thermostats, etc. This functionality is essential when offering early/late check ins and check outs.

  10. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

  12. As a PM, I need to disconnect the property from Hostfully to change the Airbnb listing’s address as Specific or General. The option to change it is in Airbnb is greyed out when connected to a property management software. We should be able to choose this in Hostfully.

  15. Currently there is only one variable for guest's whole phone number.
    Adding another one for last 4 digits of the phone number would be very useful in templates to automate sending automatic access codes to guests. Right now we are using smartbnb for that.

  17. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  18. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.
