  2. Create a way for all guests in the part to upload a picture of their ID. Some places require this. It would be great if the pre-arrival form could have that option to upload each guest ID.

  3. Currently, the Guest Database/ Guest Information page is not particularly useful, but some small improvements could make it an extremely valuable asset.

    One of those changes would be to automatically add information entered in the pre arrival forms to the guests info page, and/or linking the completed pre arrival forms to the page.

    This would allow us to better monitor our guests, and anticipate their needs.

  4. As the logo is so small, if there's text in the logo, the text is often almost impossible to see. Also, it may help if there were a separate logo field to upload the logo image for the direct booking site on the direct booking website tab, instead of pulling it from the agency settings. That way, we could select a logo maybe without text .

  6. Currently, Airbnb support messages are not sent to the PMS inbox, which poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires us to communicate with Airbnb support exclusively through the Airbnb app, creating a need to have both Hostfully and Airbnb notifications enabled simultaneously. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple properties.

    Moreover, Airbnb support messages are not forwarded to co-host accounts. As a result, I am unable to efficiently respond to Airbnb support requests for the properties I manage through the PMS interface. This limitation not only hampers productivity but also introduces the potential for miscommunication and delays…

  7. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

  8. The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.

    To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

  11. Currently there is only one variable for guest's whole phone number.
    Adding another one for last 4 digits of the phone number would be very useful in templates to automate sending automatic access codes to guests. Right now we are using smartbnb for that.

  15. Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?

    The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

  16. Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

  17. You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.

    It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

  18. Currently you cannot send Airbnb messages via the Send Check-in Instructions, or Send Pre-Arrival Form; you will need to do it from the Inbox 2.0. In addition for Triggers you have to setup two triggers for every event you need. One trigger for Airbnb and one Trigger for all other channels. Ideally it would automatically recognize the channel as Airbnb and send an Airbnb Message or an email absed on the channel. This would cut triggers down by half and make it a bit simpler to manage.

  20. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.
