Besides showing which rooms are booked with guests names, it would be helpful to also see if there is a cleaner assigned to the unit at checkout (maybe linked with Turno), if the unit has scheduled maintenance on a certain day, maybe an icon showing if the guest requested early/late checkout, if the unit is blocked there is a note section for reason why it's blocked, etc.

  2. Given the property has 2 descriptions and it's currently synced only English, that causes its invisibility in Dutch / French search ranking.

    I'd suggest to sync multi language to Google. That'd help with better search position.

  4. It would be helpful if the lead view has information of lead creator, something like "Created by..." and it can be pulled to Enhanced reporting. As we would love to see how our Booking Agents work.

  5. Add a status marker indicating that you or your team have sent the payment request reminder to avoid multiple emails sent to guests. Similar to the marker that is added after Check in Instructions have been sent or the Pre-Arrival Form completed.

  8. I check the new Pricing Calendar and OMG Thats so goood!

    I would love to add one small feedback that it would be great if we can also select "checkin or checkout un-allowed" directly from this Pricing calendar instead of going to Property Settings / Pricing tab.

  9. When I receive a Vrbo inquiry, it shows in Inbox as a guest message, which is not linked to any lead (since no checkin/checkout dates are provided) - that's by design. I want the template picker in Inbox to display in this user case so that I can pick any templates and communicate with guests.

  14. At the moment, if I setup auto security deposit refund. The schedule will be cancelled when bookings are cancelled. Which is tedious.

  15. In PMP, there are two types of discounts: length of stay and discount code, and neither can be retrieved via GET order request.

    Because the length of stay reduction is applied straight to the rent, there is no information about the reduced amount in the order. The discount code contains a separate line item, but there is no information about the discount in the GET order; all we see is a gap between the baseAmount and subTotal; there is no apparent indication that a discount has been applied.

  18. Whimstay doesn't process security deposits. For Whistay bookings, there should be a way we can automatically either remove that line from the order or collect through stripe. Otherwise the payments aren't marked as paid in full, and RemoteLock codes aren't activated.
