  1. I'm using zapier to handle owner blocks that are created in Hostfully.
    Right now, if the owner blocks dates using click/drag function on the
    calendar to block dates, this triggers an update zap. However, if the owner blocks dates by clicking the "+ Block Dates" button at the top of their dashboard, it doesn't trigger any zaps. This is a serious oversight that adds lots of complications to our system. Can you fix this so the "+Block Dates" button also triggers a zap?

  2. When reservation agents are making a booking, prompt them if the minimum night stay is not met. With several properties and settings, the agent does not always have that info at hand.

  3. When adding nights to an existing stay, allow a time duration to allow them to pay or else the addition is cancelled.
    Same as the HOLD duration.

  4. When somebody modify their reservation we can not send manually a confirmation, i would like to resend it like in the message log, fire trigger again. Sometimes we change the dates with no money ajustment an we can not send something .

  5. On our widget, we display the average star rating and nº of reviews according to the sources. As initially you will not use our widget, it would be good if you could display this information on your own review section using the information we provide you by API.

  10. Currently, the system automatically adjusts capitalization in property and city names, which can result in incorrect formatting. For example, “KLCC” is being displayed as “Klcc”.

    This affects proper nouns, abbreviations, and branded names that rely on specific capitalization for accuracy and professionalism.

    Requested Enhancement:
    Maintain the original capitalization entered by users for all city and location fields, without automatic adjustments to letter case.

  15. Guests often consider extending their stays, especially if nearby dates are open. This feature would automatically detect when the check-in day minus one or the check-out day plus one is available, and then send a customizable message encouraging guests to book those dates.

    Example Use Case:

    A guest books June 10–12.

    The nights of June 9 and June 13 are unbooked.

    The system automatically sends:

    “Hi [Guest Name], the night before and after your stay are still available if you’d like to extend your visit. Let us know if you’re interested!”

  17. I need to be able to send a message on a particular day of the week AND at a set time. I have bin reminders to send that happen weekly, when a guest stay is active. If I choose the day (i.e. Tuesday reminder for a Wednesday collection) the reminder is sent Tuesday am and we might have a new guest in Tuesday pm. If we send the reminder on Wednesday its too late... I want to choose day of the week and timing as a condition
