  1. Be able to keep the balance in city ledger or guest ledger or advance deposit. To include revenue for the days and balance of city ledger (guest who already checked out and have outstanding balance), guest ledger ( the guest who are still in house and have any outstanding balance) or advance deposit account.

  5. When using search widget for new stay date, you need to change the checkout date first then the checkin date while usually users will select new checkin date before checkout date.

    Steps to reproduce
    1. Enter date and Search
    2. Click on checkin date again to change - arrows have disappeared so there is no way to change and search for a different checkin date after checkout date that's currently in use.

    User should be able to select any checkin date or there is a button 'clear date' to select new checkin and checkout

  6. We used the “Additional Charge” feature, but on the checkout page, next to the security deposit it says (refundable). The security deposit is not actually included in the amount they pay upfront, so it is technically not “refundable.” Many guests contact us to ask when they will receive a refund of their security deposit and we have to explain to them that it was never paid, but is just an additional charge option we have after checkout if needed. Guests are often disappointed to realize this, thinking they were going to get $500 back of what they had already paid.

  13. It would be helpful to have the ability to add additional guests to the communication thread. Currently, only the primary guest receives messages, which means hosts must rely on them to relay information. Allowing multiple guests to be included would improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance the guest experience. This feature would be especially useful for group bookings or situations where multiple guests are involved in trip planning.

  19. When we need to transfer a guest’s reservation to a new location, it would be much more efficient if all the relevant information for the new place was sent automatically. Right now, we have to manually find and send everything, which takes up a lot of time. It would be great if, when a reservation is moved—whether before or after it begins—it could be treated like a new or last-minute reservation, and the check-in info could be automatically sent to the guest.
