  1. It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:

    Hold requested for LMS 13 PAX by *****@yahoo.com
    The property has been put on hold.

  2. It would be so helpful if we could create a new color code for the calendar so we can know when we transfer somebody over that block has a specific color so we know that it’s not a block that is a transfer from another property

  6. If I try to delete the security deposit. When I click on "update property" the security deposit is "filled" again. when I delete the security deposit and left it blank, it returns to the last amount after update it.
    So, when I put "0" (zero) it changed. I believe that the system should understand when it is blank, it is zero.

    If it is blank, it is zero or "not applied" for the property. It is not necessary an additional step to set the option to zero. If we left blank, system should understand that I don't want this option…

  8. At the moment, we don't have any condition to filter out booking inquiry with unavailable dates so we can automate the booking inquiry sending process for those type of guests.

    I can figure out the template side, but not the trigger side.

    I get a lot of inquiries from non-Airbnb guests for dates that aren’t available at the specific property, but are available at similar properties. I don’t always manually reply until hours later, when it’s too late.

  13. At the moment, the Notes section is pushed to Airbnb, Hostfully, Vrbo and Marriott.

    We have different notes for each channel, especially the Notes for direct booking site, we want different version for direct site only.

    We'd love to have a feature to only push Notes section to some selective channels.

  15. In enhanced reports tab, I noticed that the financial report seems to have almost all fields available to add in the report, but in other types of report some fields are not available.
    For instance, I need to build a report for the government regarding tourist tax. I would love to add the tag of the guest in this report, because that is a workaround I have found to include the origin country of the guest in the report (by the way it would be useful to have a field for the country of the guest).

  16. It would be great if Service Provider calendar only displays jobs assigned to them not all of the jobs related to the property because there may have more than one cleaner.

    Its to reduce confusion with different suppliers. We've had occasions where suppliers just look at the calendar and not the actual jobs assigned. the result was two people turning up to the same job.

  17. When we need to update a property, we go to main menu then properties. We click in a specific property to update. If we want to update another one, we have to go again to the main manu, properties and click on the new property. It should have a toogle to change from all availables properties without the need to back to the main menu

  19. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.
