  1. I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.

    Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

  3. The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

    % comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).

    First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year. 

    Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.

  5. I would like to have the message with early checkin request from Booking.com guests showing up in Hostfully inbox so I can manage them in one place. Currently, it shows in Booking.com inbox, but Hostfully inbox.

    There is an original message from the guest, and that does not appear in the Inbox. It seems like it may be related to a special request (about an early check in)

    "I'd like to request check-in at x - x (checkin date). Is it ok?"

  6. When a guest or Property Manager (PM) submits a request to change their reservation, a temporary block will be placed in Hostfully PMP. If the PM or guest does not respond to the request, the temporary block will remain in PMP. I want to be able to submit, manage and withdraw Airbnb trip change requests in Hostfully; or make trip change requests auto expire after 24 hours, for example, so I don't have to withdraw the request from Airbnb to remove the block.

  7. As a property manager, it is really important to have a field that allows me to keep notes related to the specific discounts that were provided. They could vary in duration, could specify why the discount was given, and who it was for, or who authorized it.

  9. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.

  11. we would like to see the cleaning status of our properties in Hostfully. This is quite important to know whether the property is cleaned and ready to go when new guest booking requests come in last minute, for example.

  12. This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period.   13. At the moment, regardless of the logo dimension uploaded in Agency Settings, the logo pulled by variable [$AGENCY_LOGO$] looks small in Inbox. The frame is fixed and can't be resized.

    I want to be able to enlarge the logo. Currently I need to manually copy and paste the logo to each template to be able to resize it.

  18. When using the 'NewInboxMessage' webhook, the provided information includes the agency UID, message UID, event type, and thread UID. To retrieve messages, it would be beneficial to access them using either the thread UID or lead UID. I propose the following endpoints:

    https://sandbox.hostfully.com/api/v3/messages/{lead_uid} (already implemented)
    https://sandbox.hostfully.com/api/v3/messages/{thread_uid}
    Additionally, it would be useful to include the 'message UID' within the payload for each message.

  19. Create an option to blend the cleaning fee in the total price without showing it as a separate position to the guests.

    There has been a wave of criticism for high extra charges recently, but adding a cleaning fee that covers our costs independent of the length of stay is unavoidable. An option of making it part of the final price displayed to the guest would be great for those who want to adopt 'one price' policy.
