Improve Charge Automation integration
Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

Send pre-filled messages to guests from the dashboard
I love the analytic information added to the dashboard. I also enjoy the check in and check out on the dashboard for quick reference. It also is more clear than the pipeline if something is missing. But the only negative is when I realize that a step by the guest is missing and try to send a message reminding them to make a payment or fill out pre arrial information or sign the agreement, I have to go to the pipeline to do it. It would save time to be able to do it form the Dashboard. Thank you.

I want to allow booking requests during booking lead time on Hostfully Channel. I have a booking lead time of one week for instant bookings but would like to take booking requests inside that window (like it allows me to do on Airbnb).

Offer Check-In instructions in different languages
Guests receive an automated message in a specific language, but the variable "check-in instructions" from the property page can not be created in multiple languages. Many guests receive a german message, but the access instruction in that message are in english, this is a very bad guest experience.

Character Limit Consistency Between Airbnb and Hostfully
- Public Name in Hostfully only allows up to 49 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 50 characters. I can't type the 50th character in Hostfully.
- Long Description in Hostfully allows up to 499 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 500 characters.

Ability to Blacklist email addresses to prevent re-booking of problem guests
Similar requests have been made on this portal, and marked as "functionality already exists." However no explanation has been provided, and as far as I can tell there is no documentation on how to accomplish this.
There is a way to add tags to guests in the "my-clients" page, but this tag does not seem to do anything. It is not visible on the guests reservation, and is not a filterable variable for reporting, or a triggerable element for messaging. Therefore the ability to simply tag guests is entirely worthless.
What is needed is a system where you can flag…

Describe reasons for errors when messages fail in the Inbox
It looks like we had an Airbnb message that may have errored because the word "google" was in the message and it was not yet a confirmed reservation. The error message would be more helpful if it describes what the problem is.

Support listing type "entire home" for property type "boutique hotel" on Airbnb
At the moment, if property type is "boutique hotel", the available listing types are "private room" and "shared room". I want to choose listing type "entire home", so that it's displayed as an entire place, rather than a room on Airbnb. We don't want guests to think it's only a room. It's the entire hotel.

Support HEIC photos file uploads
Support HEIC file uploads for listing photos. Currently I cannot upload photos directly from my iPhone as they are default in HEIC format. Once I convert them to jpg some of the channels like booking.com say the photos are not high quality enough. Supporting high quality HEIC photo uploads would save a lot of reformatting and mucking around on the admin side of things when we just want to quickly update amenity photos or photos of the local surrounding areas where we won't necessarily have the professional photography photos. Thank you.

Ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually
At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.
Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message

Feature to accept/decline Vrbo cancellation request within Hostfully
When receiving a Vrbo cancellation request, as a Property Manager, I'd like to have the ability to accept or decline it in Hostfully instead of being received the notification that it's cancelled without my notice
