  1. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

  2. A guest is prompted to sign the rental agreement each time they make a payment. This is an awkward customer experience. And inaccurate, since the rental conditions could have changed since they first signed and we need to honor the original agreement. It doesn't look polished for us to keep presenting the rental agreement to them each time, acting like we don't know who they are.

    So if guest already signs rental agreement at initial payment, they don't have to sign it a again for balance.

  3. "Percentage at reservation" from Property Settings => Main settings tab, for example 30% at reservation and collect balance at 15 days prior to checkin date => this variable "Percentage at reservation" will pull 30%

    "Deposit amount" means the amount guest has to paid at reservation. For example percentage amount at Property Settings => Main settings tab is 30% and guest's booking total without Security deposit is $1000 so this variable "Deposit amount" pulls 30% * 1000$ = 300$

  4. I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

  8. For example, in 2023, my agency's commission rate is 20%, but it changes to 25% in 2024. However, if I run the report for 2023, the commission rate will be 25% instead of the old one.

    It would be much more flexible and helpful to keep the correct date if we can maintain the old commission rate for old reports and just apply the new one from the date we change it.

  10. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link

Since I have guests who book multiple properties, and also inquire on ones they don't book, when I search by name, it pulls up the list of everything and I can't tell what's a booking or inquiry. We would line to have a way to sort the pipeline so I can see all status when i search by his name, it doesn't show me the status.

I would like to know if its possible to have templates that I can chose when sending the reservation when they can book at pay Credit card and when I request they pay through wire/zelle as some guests I dont want to have them pay Via CC as some guests dont want to pay the CC fee. How do I set it up

  15. Currently when payment fails for insufficient funds the booking goes into our calendar and blocks the dates preventing anyone else from booking. In VRBO it looks like a valid reservation. It isn't obvious to the guests or to us that there is a problem with payment so the conversation with the guest continues as usual and check in details are provided. Until I see a vague email from Hostfully saying that a payment failed. It doesn't identify the reservation. Just that a payment failed. If I hadn't been checking my email I wouldn't know. Quite often the email gets lost…

  19. It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.

  20. I want to centralize the sync options in one location so I won't have to manage my listings in both Hostfully and Booking.com. For instance, I can handle mobile discounts in Hostfully, but promotions and deals must be managed through Booking.com. Next, it would be helpful if the user interface clearly indicated what is being overridden by Hostfully and what is not. At the moment, there are only some channel icon indicators next to certain fields. For example, Facilities and Services are overridden by Hostfully, while Promotions and Deals are not.
