Booking updated template to indicate exactly what was changed
At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.
We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

Automatically update min-stay rule for orphan nights
If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.

Character Limit Consistency Between Airbnb and Hostfully
- Public Name in Hostfully only allows up to 49 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 50 characters. I can't type the 50th character in Hostfully.
- Long Description in Hostfully allows up to 499 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 500 characters.

Custom "Thank You" Page URL
It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.

Change how the order summary shows on payment link
At the moment, the system is designed to display the rent and fees breakdown in sections. On the order page, we will find sections that outline the rental cost, taxes, and any additional fees, as well as the total amount. The bolded sections represent the total amount, and the breakdown will be listed under each section.
However, if we have only 1 fee under the Fees section. It will be showing like the guests are being charged twice. While the math is correct, the customer experience of seeing two line items for fees is compromising the experience.

'Unavailable By Default' Booking Window Option
Along with booking window options for 6, 9, 12 month etc - we would like to see a booking window option for 'unavailable by default' to reflect similar settings as Airbnb. Use case would be a property set to unavailable for most months out of the year and only allowed to book during certain time periods.
