  2. Along with booking window options for 6, 9, 12 month etc - we would like to see a booking window option for 'unavailable by default' to reflect similar settings as Airbnb. Use case would be a property set to unavailable for most months out of the year and only allowed to book during certain time periods.

  3. we collect all guest data with pre arrival forms so want that other guest information to be exported to marketing platform.

    Also would like other segmented information on the guest exported.
    Where they stayed property/city
    When they stayed month/ season /date etc
    Dob
    Reason for staying

    So that marketing campaigns can be tagged to specific segments

    Eg you stayed in Stanthorpe last winter book again this year before things get busy

  5. We want to add a tim based condition on the length of stay.

    E.g For a 1 night stay, our check out message is sent out the day the guests check in because it's set for one day before check out. On most stays that works well, however on a single night stay it gets messy because the guests receive check out details before they even get to check in

  6. With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.

  8. Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..
    It would be great if we can add those fields so PM can have the correct tax on the custom fees applied for Direct Booking site

  9. At the moment, the condition "Day of the Week is" can only be sent along with the condition "Stay is Active".

    We would like the ability to have "day of the week" messages be sent to our Service Providers regardless of if there's an active stay or not.

  10. As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.

    If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.
    I would prefer if there was a place where I could enter the amount that was paid out so the report would then say 0.00 was due after that month was paid out.

    * Refund issued in the lead order.
    * Guest's impatience regarding the delay in receiving a refund, I cancelled the refund directly in Stripe and transferred the funds to the guest. However, despite the refund status being updated to "failed" in Stripe, the corresponding lead order continued to display the refund as "successful."

    ​Feature Request: I am requesting a feature enhancement that ensures synchronization between the refund status in Stripe and the corresponding lead order. Specifically, when a refund is cancelled directly in Stripe and marked as "failed," this status should be automatically reflected in the lead order.

  18. A guest is prompted to sign the rental agreement each time they make a payment. This is an awkward customer experience. And inaccurate, since the rental conditions could have changed since they first signed and we need to honor the original agreement. It doesn't look polished for us to keep presenting the rental agreement to them each time, acting like we don't know who they are.

    So if guest already signs rental agreement at initial payment, they don't have to sign it a again for balance.

  20. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link
