Integration with Asana
Asana integration please. Relying on Zapier is tedious, time consuming and adds unnecessary monthly cost.

Master-sub relationship enhancement
I have one master and 2 sub units.
For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.
Currently this needs to be done manually.

Custom Cancellation for VRBO
Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

Many guests have questions they wish to clear up before booking and won't book unless they contact you first.

To have the ability to change some information and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are already reserved or the lead status.
When a client lead is in the system for dates that get booked by a different lead the original lead is not able to be edited at all. The system will not allow it to be saved since the dates have been booked. Regardless if lead is closed or open. this lead can not be edited / saved.
Users should have the ability to change some information such as notes, name, change lead assignment etc and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are reserved.

Calendar blocks should show minimum night rental blocks
Just like Airbnb has easily visible blocks when the minimum night is not available, it helps us from having to eyeball and discover or having to click every block. Info should be automatically showing up in a block that goes between bookings when we don't have the minimum night met and then when we have blocks, there should be a note in there that is visible so we don't have to manually click every single block to find out what it's for. Add "additional charge option" for other channels
Security deposit is collected automatically for BDC reservations processed by Hostfully's payment processors (for example: Stripe). I don't want to collect security deposit and would like a hold on the card instead (auth & capture process).
At the moment, additional charge option is only applicable for direct channel. I want this to work for other channels such as Booking.com.

Option to prevent certain triggers to fire for returning guests
We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before. Show nightly rate breakdown on payment link
It would be important to have a way on the invoice where guests can see the room rate breakdown for each night as opposed to just the total.

Add an "are you sure" tab when you toggle off an integration
To have an "are you sure" tab before an integration can be turned off. It should not be so easy as to click it when scrolling through the integrations on my phone.

Ability to see owner balance/due without running reports
We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.
By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

Ability to customize booking link
We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.
I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.
I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.

Pre-Arrival form at property level
I'm working on the pre-arrival form. Some custom fields apply to one property but not the other. The problem is I don't have the ability to customize the pre-arrival form between properties. For example - for one property I need to know certain things. I don't need any of these questions for the other property and would prefer to send them a pre-arrival form with less customization.
