  1. On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

  7. I wanted to explain why the ability to schedule messages after booking confirmation is so important for VRBO reservations.

    Because VRBO requires the PMS to act as the merchant of record, all payments are processed through our Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fees are non-refundable, so once a guest’s payment is captured, those fees can’t be returned — unless the property manager absorbs the cost.

    To handle this fairly, my solution is to delay the payment until the guest understands this policy. My plan is:

    When a guest books, they immediately receive a confirmation message explaining the processing-fee policy.

  11. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

  17. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.
