Sometimes people need the new message in inbox to be sent to specific team members by property.

Turno's cleaner calendar visibility on PMP
are there any plans to interface the cleaning application Turno into the calendar view on Hostfully? So we can see who is assigned to the cleaning from that page without going to Turno?

Recorse for confirmed, unpaid bookings if guests don't pay
At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

Have ability to move outstanding balance of previous month this current month
In the owner report, the owner due (Net) = [Due owner] - [owner adjustment]. When a value is negative, I would like to have the option to move the negative "Owner due (Net)" (Outstanding owner amount) to next month's report.

Feature to pay owners directly through Hostfully and record balances
As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.
If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.
I would prefer if there was a place where I could enter the amount that was paid out so the report would then say 0.00 was due after that month was paid out.7 votesWe have been researching for best ways to provide this feature, so this is an ongoing effort already, fyi.

Custom "Thank You" Page URL
It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.

Ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually
At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.
Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

Owner Access to Photos and Amenities
Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

Serach Widget to include the field labels, like

I'd like to integrate directly with Hotels.com from Hostfully to ensure my properties are listed there and not be charged commission through channel partners.

Custom Data - Variables
Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

Ability to delete a service for a particular service provider
I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.7 votes
