  2. At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
    I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.

  5. It would be great if we had the ability to toggle auto communication off for a specific reservation. For multiple reasons, we may not want the system to automatically send any messages at time of booking.

  6. As a Property Manager I would like reviews from direct booking guests to go into a "pending" status for me to review, edit and approve before posting to my direct booking site or pushing through the reviews API.

  15. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25). This would be very helpful as a quick glance to see how old the lead guest is and to see if they are eligible or…

  17. Besides showing which rooms are booked with guests names, it would be helpful to also see if there is a cleaner assigned to the unit at checkout (maybe linked with Turno), if the unit has scheduled maintenance on a certain day, maybe an icon showing if the guest requested early/late checkout, if the unit is blocked there is a note section for reason why it's blocked, etc.

  18. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

  20. It would be helpful if the lead view has information of lead creator, something like "Created by..." and it can be pulled to Enhanced reporting. As we would love to see how our Booking Agents work.
