  1. I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
    And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%

    Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.

  2. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.

  3. As a PM, I would like to be able to block dates on all the OTAs except the direct booking site.

    This is a feature we have been planning to support for a while. We'll keep you posted as the analysis for it moves along.

  4. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

  5. I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly

  6. When system sends an emails of 'new booking', it serves as no-reply email so when Owner replies to that email, it does not send to our inbox or email.

    It would be much more helpful for the owner to simply hit the reply button and write accept or decline and we can see that reply within Inbox, or at least it can be forwarded to our email in Email settings.

  14. I'm having trouble scheduling the owner reports to be published on a certain day of the month. I was told that I could only have them run on the day of the month I set up the schedule, but it seems to be defaulting to the 1st of the month and that is not the right day for us to run said owner statements. Please help.

  16. Sometimes we need to use iCal links instead of API connections for channels or platforms or websites that do not connect directly to Hostfully.

    However, it causes a major inconvenience that those blocks imported via iCal links prevent guests from completing their payments via Hostfully links. Therefore, we have to ask for support to remove those blocks every time a guest has that issue or we have to remove the links and wait for guests to complete their payment then add the link again.

    It's really inconvenient and time-wasting. Is there anyway we can improve this flow with iCal sync…

  18. Security deposit is collected automatically for BDC reservations processed by Hostfully's payment processors (for example: Stripe). I don't want to collect security deposit and would like a hold on the card instead (auth & capture process).

    At the moment, additional charge option is only applicable for direct channel. I want this to work for other channels such as Booking.com.

  19. Ability to control security deposit by platform would be helpful for platforms like Booking.com which sets a maximum for the deposit.

    In our case, we usually charge $500 security deposit for direct bookings, VRBO, etc, but booking.com limits it to $300, which is communicated to guests at the time of the reservation. So guests are expecting to pay a $300 deposit whereas their reservation within Hostfully has a $500 deposit due and there is not a way to change it.

  20. As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.
