  1. Add a Don’t Email check box on a customer profile that would prevent them from getting messages. This could be very helpful when doing admin changes on a booking and you don’t want it to trigger emails.

  2. Ability to add a promo code on the pop up where I’m sending a quote to a guest. Otherwise I just have to manually modify my rate and doesn’t allow us to track promo utilization. And if I add it as a line item then it's a post-tax deduction which means the guest isn’t getting charged properly (and doesn’t reflect the correct nightly rate in analytics either).

  3. Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

  4. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  5. like I said, I understand that. But whoever at Hostfully negotiates with Airbnb, if they could ask for that to change, that would make a difference in being able to book these Airbnb referrals. It doesn’t do us any good to know after the fact when the customers are questioning their total fees before booking and we have no idea what those are. I hope that makes sense to you now.

  7. The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
    I want to have the option to hide it.
    * Feedback: when adding a new "feature" maybe you should give the users options if they WANT to even use this feature instead of just implementing it with no choice.

  10. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  11. Yes as for our concern, some of our guest did not experience a great stay due to unwanted issues that occur and sometimes issues are out of our control. It would be helful to have an option to turn off specific review request to a guest that booked directly and have experienced an issue.

    I want to turn off system template on some bookings that we don't want to send out the message.

    Would you please provide more information about this request? We do not find information about this capability in Airbnb, and would need to better understand the charging scheme you would like to apply to cleaning fees depending on the length of stay. Thanks.

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.

    Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

  16. At the moment, the system is designed to display the rent and fees breakdown in sections. On the order page, we will find sections that outline the rental cost, taxes, and any additional fees, as well as the total amount. The bolded sections represent the total amount, and the breakdown will be listed under each section.

    However, if we have only 1 fee under the Fees section. It will be showing like the guests are being charged twice. While the math is correct, the customer experience of seeing two line items for fees is compromising the experience.

  20. When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.

    1. Click Add lead
    2. Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
    3. Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.
