Create a way for guests to indicate when they leave the property so the cleaners can be notified and can start working on the earlier departure properties first.

Customize Maximum Stay Message and be Visible
When a guest goes to book on the direct booking site, if they enter a date range that goes beyond the Maximum Night stay (property Main Settings), then hit Book Now, they get this message: Maximum stay requirement is not met. That does not specify the requirement, the way the Min Stay is displayed.
It would also be great to be able to customize a message there, and have it displayed before they hit book now, so they can see that requirement.
Ex., the max stay is 30 days, but we want to include a message that states something like,…1 vote -
Change Airbnb listing location from General to Specific directly from PMP
As a PM, I need to disconnect the property from Hostfully to change the Airbnb listing’s address as Specific or General. The option to change it is in Airbnb is greyed out when connected to a property management software. We should be able to choose this in Hostfully.

Leads to automatically expire and close after a certain amount of time
Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

Ability to RECEIVE AND VIEW attachments that are received via email replies from VRBO guests
At the moment when a vrbo guest hits reply to any of my email messages sent through Hostfully and they attach images eg. of their driver's licence to send to me it is auto-filtered out and I can't see them. Then I have to ask them to compose a new email and resend which is a waste of time. If they try to upload their ID via the arrival form it only allows one upload so I usually only get the front or back and again have to ask them to send via email separately or to my phone. Would…

Allow Service Providers to report issues and attach photos
Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

Trigger for not completing payment or pre-arrival forms
It would be great to have complex trigger options for "not" completing pre-arrival form or rental agreement.
Also to have the actions "not" sending check-in instructions if they don't complete them.
I have a hard time remembering to constantly check my pipeline to see if people haven't paid. It would be nice to know there was a safety net in place in case I don't catch it. And if you dont send them their check-in instructions, they will most definitely give you what you need.

Adding a complex condition to the triggers for last minute bookings. So, Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.
For last minute bookings, we send out additional documentation to verify the guest. I would like to have this sent automatically upon booking by adding complex trigger to say Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.

The ability to create discount codes that last a specific number of days or months.
Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

Damage Deposit
Make Damage/Security Deposits able to be 'PreAuthorized' and not a charge. This scares some Guests off.
And make the timing of the PreAuthorization able to be set as to when this is taken.2 votes -
Email
Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.

Add Pets as a Complex Condition in Messaging Triggers
You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.
It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

Add a link in the Rental Conditions
It would be helpful to allow links in the Rental Conditions, for those who want to use fillable pdf URLs for their guests to complete. And, to have the lead on the pipeline show that the rental conditions have been completed.

Add sorting to the Service Provider job list and allow filtering by dates
From our cleaners
the list of "jobs" is now in date order (hoorah!) BUT is reverse date order and there's no way to load additional pages, so I can currently only see bookings from Oct 9, 2023 to Oct 9, 2022.
More..."Hostfully doesn't let me sort at all 😆 But organized by date rather than by unit (and dates all mixed up within each unit grouping) is a step up. Once we can see all visits in this view I'll be able to see all notes, but for now the list only includes the 90 or so cleans furthest way…5 votes -
Flag emails as important!
Sometimes guests do not see the emails that are sent. Would it be possible to flag messages coming from Hostfully as important to help guests see those messages?

Inbox Replies from Guests should only include their reply.
Inbox Replies from Guests should ONLY include their reply, and not have the entire message I sent them tacked onto it. I already know what I sent them, as it's right below their reply. Don't need to have what I sent them included in their reply. It is redundant and messy.

Allow Custom Data fields to be used in email subject lines
Even though you can use custom data fields in the email body, it appears that you cannot use them i the subject line. This seems like an oversight.

Add a property drop down box to the pricing page.
Add a property drop down box to the pricing page that would allow you to jump from property to property, Similar to the one on the Calander Tools page. It gets very time consuming when you are pricing 40 or more properties. It would cut our time in half, if we can avoid going to the properties page and then selecting the pricing tab.
