Guest Portal Statement for Vacation Rent Payment Users
Guest portal should show 'Statement' information even for Vacation Rent Payment users. This feature is currently not working for those who use VRP - maybe just pull order_statement merge field to fill that information. I have many guests who ask for this info and who attempt to use guest portal but it doesn't populate.

Ignore tax charge for over x days for HVMI
Currently, the ignore tax charge for over 30 days is only applicable for Vrbo and Hostfully channel. I want it to be applicable for HVMI.

Customize the availability on different channels
As a PM, I would like to be able to block dates on all the OTAs except the direct booking site.
The ability to customize the availability on different channels should be possible.

Support more rooms (backyard, kitchen, exterior,...) other than bedrooms and common spaces in Where you'll sleep.
If a listing was imported from Airbnb to Hostfully, these room types (Backyards, Kitchens, Pool,...) were already there before and we'll be able to find them from the dropdown list. But for properties created from Hostfully then synced with Airbnb, for now, the system hasn't supported to add other room types except for Common spaces and Bedrooms yet.

Rearrange or edit Rules in Fees and Policies tab in a property
I have a lot of Rules I add one at a time in the Rules section (bottom) of the Fees & Policies on each property.
Sometimes I want to change the order they show up or just edit one...
There is no way to do this.
I have to delete them all and add them all back.
Feature request is:
1) Edit existing Rules

Message Variable - Decide how the variable show should
Every time that I send out a message template and I don't have the custom variable filled out in the area, it will populate with this: [$INSTAGRAM$].
I want if there wasn't a variable inserted, you could default it to nothing. This is a feature request that I have, please3 votes -
Add conditions of IF (a) THEN send (a') template
We'd love to have to create a template and then a trigger for that template using if / then condition.
Example - IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

Enhanced reporting - add report to show daily total after fees and taxes factored in, without a booking associated
It's not supported yet to show the daily total for rent, fees, and taxes if there is no booking associated.
It'd be great if we can view the total of rent, taxes, fees by running a report.1 vote -

Please give us more configuration abilities when viewing the calendar: Print, display without prices, display xyz, etc.

See All Customers?
In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

Reward Ideas with $$$?
We users give the Hostfully team feedback that helps you improve your platform. This helps you further crush your competition and ultimately make more $$$. As a user, I'd be more inclined to provide feedback if I benefitted monetarily in some way, like a couple months' fees waived. Thanks for all you do for us hosts and for your consideration.

Automatically cancel the reservation when payment fails
Currently when payment fails for insufficient funds the booking goes into our calendar and blocks the dates preventing anyone else from booking. In VRBO it looks like a valid reservation. It isn't obvious to the guests or to us that there is a problem with payment so the conversation with the guest continues as usual and check in details are provided. Until I see a vague email from Hostfully saying that a payment failed. It doesn't identify the reservation. Just that a payment failed. If I hadn't been checking my email I wouldn't know. Quite often the email gets lost…

Calendar Auto Refresh
It would be helpful if the calendar automatically refreshed at some interval of time so that a PM doesn't miss new reservations or changes.

Allow custom image fields + related text fields in pre-arrival form
I need to collect IDs for all drivers, as this must be sent to the front gate to let each car in. So, to automate this properly, I need to be able to add custom image fields, and text fields associated with each image field (i.e. first and last name).
