Checkout and Checkin Instructions
It would be great if we can load check-in and check-out instructions for each property within the Property Settings. The existing Check-in instructions section is unusable as you cannot use variables within it. I would propose adding the option for variables to be inserted into Check-in Instructions and adding another section for checkout instructions that works the same way. . This would cut down significantly on the number of templates to create and triggers needed.

Having report variable for Booking Lead Time (subtracting the booked date from the check-in date)
No I am trying to see the number of days inbetween the date the reservation was booked, and the check-in date. This is called "booking window" or "lead time"

Improve cleaner assignment
Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. Promo Code vs. Discount Code
Please change the name to help all owners! Discount code gives guests the idea that they should get a discount no matter what. Promo code gives guests the idea that there must be a promotion going on and they either qualify for it or not based on being a previous guest, time of year, special event, etc. They also are more understanding if there isn't a code available. Please vote! :)

To have a check box that offers a refund other than just a check box for the refund confirmation.

Triggers for keywords
it would be really convinient if instead of having to create a trigger for a message to go out, that maybe certain trigger words that guests send would be able to trigger a response. For example, if a guest forgets the door code and the send a message asking "What is the door code again?" instead of me having to manually respond, maybe that question itself could trigger a response that would auto send the door code.

Show number of beds on report - booking report or property report
Could you add the new column showing the total number of bedrooms on each listings to the report?
We need to conduct an internal analysis on the performance of each property according to their typology (studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, etc.) in order to define different commissions based on the property type. I believe this is the only way to determine it.

Filter leads response by source / status / creation date
We are using leads to generate statistics & charts. We only need leads generated through ORBIRENTALWIDGET and ORBIRENTALFORM source.
Without requested filters, we are going through each of the leads, and using the targeted sources. Here, we are spending our api request quota.
It would be great if you could consider following changes in future updates.
1. Filter leads by sources.
2. Filter leads by statuses.
3. Filter leads by date created before / after.
