  1. When creating a template that includes live links to the marketplace items (Early Check-In/Late Check-Out) the link seems to die once it hits Airbnb messenger. How do we ensure that the links will work as intended on all platforms? The links go directly to the item, such as early check-in, not just to the general marketplace page.

  3. Currently if a new channel is added, you have to delete a fee/tax and add it again as new to include the new chanel.

    We should be able to edit this information as we do with any other content.

    In addition, it would be nice to be able to apply globally fees/tax settings for new channels as they arise.

    As it is now, every new channel we have to delete and read a tax and fee on EVERY listing.

  4. We need a trigger for when owners amend/edit blocked dates. At present we receive one when they block or delete dates but not when they edit dates. (Ie; if they change the dates from 5 nights to 7)
    This is really important for ensuring we have accurate information for our owner stays.

  5. At the moment cleaners have to scroll through endless jobs that can't be sorted in any way to access a specific job note - what would be amazing is to just click on the job in the calendar and show the details of the clean there.

  6. For now, on the rental agreement, the name of the property is the internal name. That can make guests confused since they only know the public name or short description of the property. Guests can also say that the name of the property they signed is not correct to what they booked and that would be a challenge for the property manager to show evidence that guests agreed with conditions in the contract.

  7. Currently, users must navigate to individual property calendars and apply individual Check-in and Check-in restrictions for each year.

    However, check-in and check-out restrictions are often applied to holidays, so the need to restrict check-out on 12/25 occurs each year. Hostfully should have the ability to select specific dates (absent year) where check-in and check-out is not feasible. Moreover, specific days of a week/month would address holidays such as Thanksgiving.

  9. I noticed that the zapier Updated Booking and Canceled Booking triggers work for owner block changes, but the New Booking doesn't trigger when a new owner block is created.

    Can you update the zapier integration to include owner blocks in the New Booking trigger?

  10. Would be great if the Account Status reflects what we paid for and the date we paid it as well as when our next bill is due. The way it's set up now I can see it moving up and down and that we paid for it annually but it doesn't tell me any of that information.

It takes me a very long time to go through the list of Amenities because it isn't alphabetized .... even if no one else wanted it that way, I would love the ability to be able to manage it so I can see it in a way that makes it much faster for me to go through ... also am very confused as to why the "Baby high chair" is listed under "indoor" amenities instead of under the "family" section. Would also be great to have the ability to add an amenity to a specific section (i.e. Fire Pit could…

  13. It would be great to add custom details for an owner booking when they block out dates via their owner page.

    We're currently capturing owner bookings via a separate webform so the owner can check a box to accept or decline a professional cleaning after their stay is done.

    I'd envision a "Decline Cleaning?" checkbox on the New Reservation popup / pane.

  17. Add an agency-wide setting for booking 'lead time' so that it is easier to change this depending on business level, time of year, etc. Sometimes I want to encourage last-minute bookings, other times I don't.
