  2. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  3. Once a guest places a booking, there's a message popping up: "Now, you can check your booking details and prepare your trip, start your free Hostfully account"

    That’s strange wording, even for users using the out-of-the-box website (e.g Boostly).

    the guest doesn't really know or care about "Hostfully" and that Hostfully goal is to support PM customers in enhancing the brand, not trying to compete with PMs to "own" the guest Please remove that language.

  4. I'd like to be able to see exactly what my messages are going to look like to my guest. A "sample" function in templates and triggers would be helpful here, either just for individual messages or with a "complex condition" where I could say "guest books x-property..." and then see ALL the automated messages that would go out to that guest in the order they'd be sent, with all the variables filled with mock information or information I could provide in that complex condition.

  5. When Property Manager views payment details, please provide a breakdown of the Stripe Fees (the ones from Stripe/Hostfully).

    We can not display Stripe fees in the order details, because we do not have this information until the payment is made. The fees can be shows in the Enhanced Reports though, included in the processing fees for the booking.

  6. Integrate with Swimply, a pool rental app for hourly rentals that would sync with the STR calendar. For those of us who have properties with pools, this could be a great way to capture hourly rentals just for the pool.

    Thank you. We suggest you talk to Swimply and suggest to them that they integrate with our platform using our APIs. 95% of our integrations are actually done by the partner and not by us, so it's important you communicate your interest for an integration to them. Thanks for suggesting.

  7. As a VRM, I would like to get a notification when guests request a hold from my Quote sent.

    At the moment, when they request a hold, it only directs guests to Hold confirmation page and the status is updated on my Pipeline page, calendar is blocked without notice.

  8. Hi there - I use Enso Connect for a handful of things, including automated messaging. Currently, there isn't the ability for me to send Airbnb messages via Enso Connect as Hostfully doesn't offer that capability via the API. Is this on the roadmap? Enso says that their other PMS integration partners are offering this but not Hostfully currently. Thanks!

When writing an email from the inbox, I miss having a tool box where I can add our signature + logo, or simply put characters in bold, italic, underline... add a link, etc. It would be great also to be able to add variable that automatically translates into the related data within the mail body.
    We have tool box (not consistently I've seen) when creating or editing a template, so why not when writing from the inbox?

  10. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

    This is now in beta. Booking.com multi-room reservations are now showing as a group booking where you can view the details for the main booking or browse to each room and review the price details per room.

    This is currently supported with Multi-Unit properties and we are adding the support for Master/Sub units.

  12. System template “Rental Agreement Notification” was sent automatically from email platform.hostfully but did not record in Inbox. Then guest replied to that message and it did not go to Inbox neither.

    We are depending more and more on communicating via the Hostfully Inbox. But if automated send templates are not in there it’s hard to keep track in the communication thread.

  13. I currently have a report called master owner report. I use vacation rent payment which takes a range of 3.5 - 3.99% for processing and I need that subtracted from the total payment before it is divided by 80% and 20% for owner and manager.
    the processing fee is not always 3.99%. it is 3.99% for American Express cards but 3.5% for all other cards.

    It would be great to have processing fee variable supports for payment processor VRP

  16. I would like property custom datas (amount, numbers, or any type of info) to be pushed to enhanced reports, within the property fields.
    For instance, while I don't want to add a linen fee in the price (because it is included in the cleaning fee), I need the linen fee to appear for each reservation in the report in order to calculate the owner income (Our linen fee is not per guest, the fee depends on the property beds number).

  17. While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.

    The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

    Re-opening this UV since we do NOT provide the guest contact information on the Owner Portal, only the guest's first and last name.

    The request here is to provide the contact info, which can include:

    • email address
    • phone number
    • cell phone number
    • mail address
  19. If the guest goes to a specific property page, they can check the dates that are available (highlighted) and the dates that are booked (greyed out).

    On the main page, since it's sorted by locations, which means that if PMs have 3 properties at the same location Show Low, AZ, the system can't provide availability of a single property and ignore the other 2. Therefore, I believe it's by design to show the Calendar this way for all dates.

    However, because we only have 1 property for each location, the system should show the availability of each property instead of…
