Support to access Superhog reports once clicking on the Guest score
At the moment, Hostfully only shows the Risk score on Pipeline. It's not possible to direct users to Superhog directly to check more details when clicking on it from Pipeline view.
We'd need to go to Superhog site to check more details on the report.
It'd be nice if Hostfully has this feature.

Save All Photos

Dates outside of the booking window should show as unavailable instead of being selectable
Calendars dates LOOK like they can be booked. Its confusing. They should be greyed out like the other dates.

Formula could be:
Owner Payout = Gross Nightly Rate Revenue - PM Commission % - Service Fee
(base on channels)or
if airbnb, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)- airbnb host service fee
if VRBO, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)*(1-15%)etc...

Add a field "How did you find out about us"
Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?
The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

Adding "Date Type" & Date range section in Fees/Taxes creation
Date Type as:
- Check-in Date
- Check-out Date
- Reservation Date
- Lead Creation Date
- Occupancy DateSome people would need to set up Fees/Taxes for specific date range, this filter would be much helpful. Otherwise, they have to issue the refunds for those inapplicable reservations which is not really an ideal choice

More inquiries with Zapier integration
I would like to have more triggers on Zapier (for example: New Inquiry). Current triggers with Zapier are limited:
- Cancelled booking.
- New Booking.

Enable inbox filtering for messages from guests that haven't been replied to yet
The most useful inbox filter would be conversations where guests have sent messages to us, but we haven't replied yet. Sometimes these get buried, and it requires going through every single thread to look it over. Ideally this would be set up so that automated messages from triggers/templates did not count as replies from us.
Or possible this could be set up through a totally different field. For example, each message thread could have a status box next to it. Whenever a guest sent a message, it could update that status box to say "Needs attention" in yellow. Then if…

Have other info/icons shown on calendar besides guest name/dates
Besides showing which rooms are booked with guests names, it would be helpful to also see if there is a cleaner assigned to the unit at checkout (maybe linked with Turno), if the unit has scheduled maintenance on a certain day, maybe an icon showing if the guest requested early/late checkout, if the unit is blocked there is a note section for reason why it's blocked, etc.

Sync property description in multi languages to Google
Given the property has 2 descriptions and it's currently synced only English, that causes its invisibility in Dutch / French search ranking.
I'd suggest to sync multi language to Google. That'd help with better search position.

More data of leads
It would be helpful if the lead view has information of lead creator, something like "Created by..." and it can be pulled to Enhanced reporting. As we would love to see how our Booking Agents work.

Add a status marker in pipeline when payment request has been sent to guests - to avoid multiple emails sent
Add a status marker indicating that you or your team have sent the payment request reminder to avoid multiple emails sent to guests. Similar to the marker that is added after Check in Instructions have been sent or the Pre-Arrival Form completed.

Option to enable/disable triggers
Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

Have the option to delete customer profile in All customer list
As a VRM, I want to be able to delete a customer profile in the CRM (in all customers page) as I don't want the test customers listed there.
