  1. It would be great if we had the ability to toggle auto communication off for a specific reservation. For multiple reasons, we may not want the system to automatically send any messages at time of booking.

    Refunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.

    We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.

    This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

  5. iCal sync can keep the past reservations. While we use this feature since we use all apple products and for our owners.

    We manage several properties and all of our owners use iCal to view bookings or put blocks on for themselves. We also use this for the cleaning business we run. It allows us to have all of our rental cleanings and bookings in one spot, and allows our customers and clients to add dates themselves, taking the burden off of us. Our rental cleanings don't use Hostfully.

    We are just trying to keep all of our calendar items…

  6. In Kigo, when a guest checked-out the reservation color changed on the calendar. This was very helpful for our front desk staff to quickly see at a glance what units were occupied. It would be great to see similar functionality in Hostfully.

  8. Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.

    The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.

  12. I can cancel, then manual review, then post from there, but it's clunky. I'd like to go through checking reviews and either approving or cancelling them. Then the next time I'm back on the page, I'd like it to be easy to tell which have already been checked so I don't check them again.

Traveloka is SouthEast Asia's biggest OTA - by adding them as a partner it would benefit all Hostfully users as holiday makers in South East Asia will be able to locate our listings when booking their accommodation for international travel. Please consider that Southeast Asia's population is 690 million people - the opportunity is huge

  15. I would suggest an override button and an adjustment to how this process works.

    If I have a customer over the phone that wants to make a payment on an existing reservation and I need to adjust the financials, I should not have to change settings to save the lead. This increases the chance of us not collecting payment or providing great customer service.

    I can understand preventing us from changing dates due to overlap, but the whole reservation should not be locked.

    We should still be able to adjust names, contact info, add notes, adjust financials, etc.
