  1. We like to block a day after a long-term stay to give us the opprotunity to conduct a full, deep-clean and to address any issues and schedule maintenance.

    Having an "auto" block for each 30+ day stay allows this portion to be automated.

  4. RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would need to make this configurable, because many PMs would already have entered pin code in another way and would not want existing pins to be overwritten.

  5. This would make things easier if the client is doing their books on a cash basis vs. an accrual basis.
    Currently, the sales receipts are pushed over when the sale is made, not when the cash is received, which is the accrual method.
    What I have to do, currently, is adjust every sales receipt to the check-in date. If a guest purchases a stay in 2023, for example, but doesn’t check in until 2024, all of those taxes, fees, rental amounts, etc., paid out to the host have to be adjusted.
    Matching the check-in date would automatically put the amounts…

  6. I am trying to create a simple report for cleaners that will list checkout dates for say the next 4 weeks. This will be automatically sent to the cleaners each week.

    Currently the scheduler only allow for Last week, last month, this week, this month etc. I need forward looking dates e.g, next 4 weeks, next 3 months

  7. Would it be possible to submit a feature request to add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates similar to the feature that airbnb has? It really is very helpful for properties in which the host lives most of the time but just wants to unblock for certain dates. I would love to see this feature in Hostfully.

  8. Allow jobs in the Cleaners Portal to be sorted so that the soonest job appears at the top of the screen. Our cleaners have many jobs and its a pain for them to have to scroll to the bottom of the each each time. Thanks

  9. At the moment, leads from TA are imported by iCal. And iCal leads are considered as blocks so triggers don't work at all.

    It would be much appreciated if we can communicate with TA leads from iCal.

  11. The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.

    I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

  12. The Complex Conditions could simplify the entire Workflow Trigger process. This one area could handle all current trigger settings. And at a minimum, it should handle triggers for #s of guests, # of Nights, and Average Rent.

    Additionally, leveraging the existing "Complex Conditions" model to nearly all fields lead/reservations could be exposed with trigger AND & OR logic. Opening additional data fields and Creating this simple tool allows full utilization of our data to increase our income and guest experience.

  14. It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.

    I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.

    I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.

  16. Guest portal should show 'Statement' information even for Vacation Rent Payment users. This feature is currently not working for those who use VRP - maybe just pull order_statement merge field to fill that information. I have many guests who ask for this info and who attempt to use guest portal but it doesn't populate.
