Ability to continuously update Arrival Form
The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

DBS hero image to look the same on webpage and phone
It would be nice if the hero image on the webpage worked with the phone image. I created a hero image in Canva. Looks good on webpage, but really bad when you pull up DBS on phone.

Re-ordering of listings on Direct Book Site.
Right now, one of our client's properties that we manage is listed at the bottom of the direct book site on the left side when scrolling properties. While our properties that we own are listed above. I'd like to be able to move this property up the left side that shows all properties.

We just had a guest book without entering their last name. Can you update this so the first name / last name are mandatory for a new booking?

Just a simple print listing with the information. No pics needed.
A simple "print listing" with the listing info to have in your hand as you recheck listings or want a hard copy to file or give out. I know the last part is old school. Some of us just like it that way...

There is no delete function available now. Owners main page needs more functions from that page. Like listing all Owner names from there!

Fix footer so that it doesn't interfere with guest info on Pipeline
I noticed a minor bug: when I scroll to the bottom of the Pipeline, the Footer info (Help, Privacy, Feedback) covers the Guest details on the Pipeline. Can you fix the Footer so that it stays below the Pipeline? Thanks.

Allow Booking.com requests to require approval.
Currently we can limit the instant booking per property for AirBNB, VRBO and direct bookings. I'd love it if we could add this to Booking.com (BDC) to prevent last minute reservations. We have been having a lot of policy/payment issues with BDC that come in the middle of the night. I would use BDC if we could limit the last minute instant guests who have issues.

Update Vrbo amenties to include their entire checklist
I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.
Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

Modification of scheduled messages
On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

Add arrivalLocalDateTime and departureLocalDateTime to the Hostfully API
Currently Check-in and Checkout TIMES are hard to manage within the Hostfully API and it's not possible to edit times once a booking has been placed (not a great experience for our users but I assume this is because Airbnb also locks their check-in/out times.
Hostfully created separate arrivalLocalDateTime and departureLocalDateTime fields which could have been the solution for Hostfully users not totally dependent on Airbnb but sadly, these fields can only be accessed via the Hostfully dashboard and not the API.
Wouldn't it be easy enough to simply add these two fields within the leads API section?

Convert block to hold or booking
Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.

Would be great to have more variables for late checkout like extra hours, extra charges, etc... this would be used when a guest pays for a late checkout for example, when they pay for 2 extra hours, the confirmation email should provide the new check out time, and the total hours their reservation has now been extended. Seasonal extended stay discounts that work outside of direct booking.
Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully.
