Add Traveloka as OTA
Traveloka is SouthEast Asia's biggest OTA - by adding them as a partner it would benefit all Hostfully users as holiday makers in South East Asia will be able to locate our listings when booking their accommodation for international travel. Option to override certain settings to be able to save leads
I would suggest an override button and an adjustment to how this process works.
If I have a customer over the phone that wants to make a payment on an existing reservation and I need to adjust the financials, I should not have to change settings to save the lead. This increases the chance of us not collecting payment or providing great customer service.
I can understand preventing us from changing dates due to overlap, but the whole reservation should not be locked.
We should still be able to adjust names, contact info, add notes, adjust financials, etc.

Include date of booking on reports
Usually owners want to know how many bookings we got for upcoming months in that timeframe. It helps us with understanding booking lead time and put together a pricing strategy for next year.

Discounts for specific months
Discounts: To have the ability to create discounts that will apply on specific months in all OTA- similar to Airbnb feature.

Add triggers related to check in and check out times
Adding the ability to send warnings to teams when check out and check in times are not between certain working hours, for example somebody checking in at 22:00 would need special care from the team, thus a notification to their whatsapp a couple of hours from the checkin will be very useful and may prevent problems with the guest

inquiry airbnb delete
Airbnb inquiries remain in the pipeline and can not be deleted. I would like the ability to delete them as they clutter the inbox. It skews agency stats/metrics

Create a trigger based on incoming guest messages containing certain words or phrases
For example, if an incoming message from a guest uses the word "internet", autoreply "Here is a link to the internet page of our guidebook, that should provide some helpful information. If that doesn't help, someone will respond here as soon as they're able."

Merge specific fees into the nightly rate
When a potential guest looks at my nightly rate and breakdown on VRBO or DBS it only shows them a nightly rate because all of the fees are distributed into that nightly rate. Taxes can be shown separately, I have no issue with that

Make Early/Late Check-outs visible in the calendar
Our front desk can look at the Hostfully calendar and easily see what units are vacant due to early check outs. It will be quite inconvenient to manually check each reservation to figure out which ones are really occupied.

Real Time Notes Section in Owner's Portal
Adding a notes section for reservations in the Owner Portal so owner's can see in real time notes from PM whether it's changed 5 minutes before the reservation or 1 day before, etc.

Option to automatically add signature to messages sent through the inbox
For all of my messages to a guest, it would be really nice for my signature below to automatically populate. I am able to add a signature area to all of my templates, but it's not an option from the inbox. I think it looks way more professional than just a short response that comes across more like a text message.

Option to have a flat fee for a certain number of nights
I would like to have the option to add a flat fee for a certain number of nights, then have an add-on fee for any additional nights after that.
We require guests to use Safely for an insurance policy when they stay, but Safely's policy is priced based on the number of nights. We have a flat rate for up to 3 nights then there's a per-night fee after that.

Add Listing Name to Exported Calendar Details
The exported calendars links should show the unit name and not just "Booked > The Guest Name"
When you have multiple exported calendars it's very confusing because you can't see which listing is which.

Send guest a refund link for proof purposes
Whenever we refund guests, we have a link that we can all send for proof purposes and they can also see it and monitor.
