  1. I have connected a couple of properties to the Airbnb calendar of the owner via iCal, which is causing the owner's bookings from Airbnb to appear in check-in report, even in Quickbooks.

    It would be great if these bookings should not appear there as the owner takes care of them.

  2. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25).   4. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  6. When I change the guest email on pipeline > click on the send message button. I want the original thread (with the initial email) combined with the new thread (with the updated email). It should not open a new thread with no message inside. Thank you.

  11. Only suggestion I would make is to make the "View Order" button a bit more obvious, maybe make it available within the pipeline as one of the options that pops up when you click/hover over the circle. We don't have to click "Edit" to see that button.

  14. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.

  18. When a client lead is in the system for dates that get booked by a different lead the original lead is not able to be edited at all. The system will not allow it to be saved since the dates have been booked. Regardless if lead is closed or open. this lead can not be edited / saved.
    Users should have the ability to change some information such as notes, name, change lead assignment etc and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are reserved.
    This is a serious limitation in your platform and causing us a lot of issues…

  19. Just like Airbnb has easily visible blocks when the minimum night is not available, it helps us from having to eyeball and discover or having to click every block. Info should be automatically showing up in a block that goes between bookings when we don't have the minimum night met and then when we have blocks, there should be a note in there that is visible so we don't have to manually click every single block to find out what it's for.   20. Security deposit is collected automatically for BDC reservations processed by Hostfully's payment processors (for example: Stripe). I don't want to collect security deposit and would like a hold on the card instead (auth & capture process).

    At the moment, additional charge option is only applicable for direct channel. I want this to work for other channels such as Booking.com.
