  1. My booking setting is inquiry/ booking request. I want to add a conversion tracking code on the booking confirmation page, but this won't work due to no booking confirmation page for these booking settings. I don't want to switch to instant book.

    As a PM, I want to be able to have a way to track the conversion rate of inquiries/ booking requests to instant bookings on my direct booking site.

  2. Minimum price for stay, not minimum nights.

    It would be awesome to set a minimum price for a stay. Give a minimum $ value for a booking regardless how long the stay is. So if I want $3000 minimum, a stay could be 2, 3, 4 nights (whatever you want your minimum to be), the minimum price could kick in if the regular price for those 1,2,3,4 nights is less than $3000. I’ve been asking pricelabs for this too, with no avail.

  3. I am looking for a way to upload documents to the owners portal. Documents that don't exist in Hostfully already. Each year we do a survey of the properties and give recommendations of things the owners improve, so that is an example of something we would like the ability to be able to drop in the owner portal.

  4. When running the Owner report - All properties, the result we have is one report per Owner, not per property separately. If the Owner account is assigned to multiple properties, those properties' bookings and expenses will be merged into one report, which is pretty inconvenient for both the Owner and Property Manager to have an overview of each property's revenue.

    It would be helpful if I could run an Owner report for all properties and the results were reported per property, so I don't have to select each property individually.

  5. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name.   7. The current digital document signing integration (DropboxSign) has a lot to be desired. We need a way to send requests via SMS, not just email. We all know Airbnb doesn't work with emails. This all needs to be automated. No copying Guest form email over to client email. That's not automation.

    Added to this, allow people to add others who need to sign. Often contracts need each adult to sign a liability waiver. But digital contracts only have 1 person sign them. So we need them to be able to control that so it's not on the host to figure…

  12. I want to centralize the sync options in one location so I won't have to manage my listings in both Hostfully and Booking.com. For instance, I can handle mobile discounts in Hostfully, but promotions and deals must be managed through Booking.com. Next, it would be helpful if the user interface clearly indicated what is being overridden by Hostfully and what is not. At the moment, there are only some channel icon indicators next to certain fields. For example, Facilities and Services are overridden by Hostfully, while Promotions and Deals are not.     The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

  20. The URLs that are built for the Direct Booking site MUST escape characters that are considered "unsafe". This includes the pipe character ( | ), which is pretty commonly used in page titles as a separator that doesn't take up much space.

    If these are not escaped, Google Travel will NOT accept the weblink. For example, one of our listings has this for the direct URL:

    https://reservations.vacayintucson.com/property-details/b9e9522c-8bfc-49a0-af7f-1d9705479c80/Modern%20Desert%20Oasis%20|%20Huge%20Private%20Yard%20&%20Hot%20Tub

    That should escape the | to %7C:
