  3. The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.

    I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…

  6. At the moment, only rooms with beds are listed under “Where you’ll sleep“ on Airbnb, even if you assign a photo to a room that does not have beds, the photo will not be shown in the “Where you’ll sleep“ section.

    However, if the listing wasn't connected to Hostfully, everything can be set on Airbnb normally. Living rooms which don't have beds still can show photos. The living room photos now disappears upon connecting with Hostfully.

    We need you to support showing photos in Where you'll sleep section even when the room doesn't have beds

  9. At the moment, it's not possible to set a trigger condition to send automatic message whenever there's a query from a certain period of time, saying that no one is available to answer query for example.

    It'd be nice if we can set auto message when we set "away".

  12. At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
    I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.

  14. I would like to have the message with early checkin request from Booking.com guests showing up in Hostfully inbox so I can manage them in one place. Currently, it shows in Booking.com inbox, but Hostfully inbox.

    There is an original message from the guest, and that does not appear in the Inbox. It seems like it may be related to a special request (about an early check in)

    "I'd like to request check-in at x - x (checkin date). Is it ok?"

  20. At the moment, regardless of the logo dimension uploaded in Agency Settings, the logo pulled by variable [$AGENCY_LOGO$] looks small in Inbox. The frame is fixed and can't be resized.

    I want to be able to enlarge the logo. Currently I need to manually copy and paste the logo to each template to be able to resize it.
