  1. I would like to have the option to add a flat fee for a certain number of nights, then have an add-on fee for any additional nights after that.

    We require guests to use Safely for an insurance policy when they stay, but Safely's policy is priced based on the number of nights. We have a flat rate for up to 3 nights then there's a per-night fee after that.

  2. The exported calendars links should show the unit name and not just "Booked > The Guest Name"

    When you have multiple exported calendars it's very confusing because you can't see which listing is which.

  5. When you update the price for the range beyond the booking window, the 2 boxes to prevent check-in & checkout are ticked. But when the date opens up, or when you extend the booking window, the dates stay prevented for check-in & checkout.

    What this does is cause us to not be able to adjust dates ahead of the booking window. We have to wait for the booking window to open and then adjust dates at that time

  6. From the various lead views, we can view the message thread, but there is no way to open this in a new window.

    the standard convention is "control-click" on a button will open in a new window but this doesn't work witht he UI widgets employed.

    It's very annoying to have to go to the inbox view then click the browser back button to get back to the calendar or dashboard or pipeline view and then wait for those screens to refresh again.

  7. Currently we can only manage calendar import/export from the specific calendar management page. This is a bit cumbersome, especially if you have to add/manage multiple feeds to the same listing (from different external sources)

    the page always refreshes and you have to choose the listing every time. it's very annoying. Also, we can't access these feeds from the property management page which is a more useful place to have this information.

  8. I want to add a pincode manually to the reservation under Stay Details tab. If the guest email field is blank (Airbnb doesn't send guest emails to Hostfully due to their policies), I'll need to enter my own email every time in order to to able to save the lead.

Currently, even when there is a message send failure, it shows as sent in the mobile app. This got us in trouble a few times when we looked at the app and assumed messages had gone through, but then we logged into the desktop version, and we saw that it had the red box around the message saying it had not been delivered. It's honestly hard to rely on the mobile app for much of anything except checking for booking notifications because we can't sms, whatsapp, or use templates either.

  16. We'd love to extend stacked calendar to more than 15 months.

    Today is April 5 2023, however, when I scroll into the future the calendar stops at June 25, 2024.

  17. Currently, you can create a block on the App. However, it is very glitchy and we have trouble actually creating a block on the calendar. Secondly, it would be fantastic if we could modify a block or remove a block from the app. The app does not allow any editing or cancelling of a block until you get back to desktop.

  18. Currently when a new inquiry comes into my Dashboard, I click on the assign to me button and I get redirected to the Pipeline where I can take a follow up action
    Or, if it's a new booking request, I click on the 'review' button and I get redirected to the Inbox where I can pre-approve / approve / decline. This is not very consistent in terms of userflow.
    As a PM, I need to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.
