  1. We want the ability to extract Owner block's Notes and dates of the owner blocks in the property report. At the moment, it only gives the occupancy rate, number of nights of the owner block per property.

  4. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  5. At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF

  13. In this instance, this trigger is set up to send to an admin email. The customer wants it to send, but not include any info if the contract hasn't been signed. Instead it fails since their is no signed contact.

  16. The Dashboard and Analytics formulas miscalculate unbooked nights for parent/child listings. If a parent/child property has one unbooked night, it's counted twice, causing occupancy rates, ADR, and other metrics to drop inaccurately.

  17. Currently, if the check in or check out times in a reservation are updated within the stay details in Hostfully, those don't update the check in and check out times on devices such as locks, thermostats, etc. This functionality is essential when offering early/late check ins and check outs.

  20. Being able to update the equations on the dashboard would help hosts be able to focus on specifically what is relevant to their business. Additionally, the current equations do NOT correctly adjust for parent/child listings so the stats are always wrong.
