  1. The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!

  2. Hostfully has 1 iCal link showing both blocks and bookings at the moment. It would be great if there're 2 separated iCal links: 1 for bookings, 1 for blocks

  3. As there is a system template to notify the agency when a guidebook market place purchase has been made, it would be really useful to have a trigger that would allow us to customize the recipient of the notifications.

  5. Currently, the Property managers (PM) can see all conversations: PM <> Guest, PM <> Owner, PM <> Service Provider.
    However, there's no "Contact" filter in the Inbox to help direct us to the correct threads among PM and Owner, Service Provider.

  6. The new DBS is generating a very long property URL link.

    We need it to be shorter, as a shorter more precise link will not only make it easier to share with others, it is less likely to be considered a fraudulent or spam link, and will also assist with SEO.

  8. When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

  9. Guests receive an automated message in a specific language, but the variable "check-in instructions" from the property page can not be created in multiple languages. Many guests receive a german message, but the access instruction in that message are in english, this is a very bad guest experience.

  10. An integration with this Smartlock Brand is only possible via third party providers. This creates many bugs and is very costly. A direct integration with NUKI would solve the issue.

  13. Ability to select the default lead status on each team member account when creating a new lead.
    The default is "Hold". A lot of the times we create these for a "booked" clients, and the team always forgets to change the status t in the add lead page before creating it.
