Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

Use same email to be added to another pmp account and be able to see information on my pmp account.
I have a host account in hostfully but have another coallegue that wants me to collaborate with one of his listings. He also have hostfully and cant add me. I think is because we both have hostfully accounts but I need to be able to see his hostfully callendar at least bc i run his cleanings. It would be very helpful bc some hosts collaborate with each other and I need to see his bookings

Enhance Zapier Integration to Automate Guest Review Triggers for Good Reviews
Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.
Key Issues:
Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

Hidde information to your owners
Ability to select which fields from the reservation you would like to hidde for example: phone, email
example: think about that you are haddling a reservation from schratch and in between since the owner has his telephone number he calls the guest to ask if we did our job well or even to pass him through to another property of his that we are not managing.....can you imagine what can cause this to us?

Align Common Space Handling with Airbnb Changes
Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.
Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

Have the import all property button in guidbebook Import page
On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
- Click to the PMP Import page
- Click on import from PMP button
- Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
- Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.

This is just one example of a condition, but triggering conditions should support both "positive" and "negative" scenarios. For instance, triggering a form when "pre-arrival details NOT received" 3 days prior to check-in. I've seen this functionality in other channel managers, and it's very convenient. A basic use case like sending a reminder because pre-arrival hasn't been completed is incredibly useful. Thanks!

PM wants to integrate with the PriceLabs feature that allows dynamic minimum stay rules based on booking dates. For example: a minimun stay of 3 nights if booked within 30 days, and 5 nights if booked more than 30 days in advance.

Repeat guest trigger condition
When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

Automatically price updating to every upcoming month
The system MUST automatically update prices with the standard rate for every month that opens in the future. Since we have the ability to have open windows of 12 or more months this is not easy to have it on our minds especially when you are managing too many properties or is high season...this involves the risk to receive reservations in humiliatingly low price.
