  1. A user would like to set the booking window to exactly 60 days, but the current dropdown only allows preset options (1, 3, 6 months, etc.)

    Request: To allow custom booking windows (exact number of days) in addition to the preset options. This will give property managers more flexibility in controlling booking availability according to their operational needs

  3. There are essentially 2 cases / types of owner adjustments:

    Case 1 – This case applies when the agency pays for a service.

    Current owner adjustment Records a cost incurred by the Agency and does the following

    Deducts Owners payout

    Increases Agency payout

    Case 2 – This case applies when the agency pays an invoice or service from the owners Trust account with the owner’s permission or as a request

    Agency pays for a service, like landscaping/weed control, from the Owners Trust Account

    Deducts from Owners payout to keep the Trust account balanced

    Add an option in the Hostfully Direct Booking Site settings to create a required custom field asking “Who referred you to our rental?” during the initial inquiry or booking request process. This would ensure property managers can track referral sources without relying on optional fields or follow-up messages.

  7. For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

  8. When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.

  9. On Booking widget, the pricing section doesn’t appear to move when clicking on "Show details", and it wasn’t immediately obvious that they needed to scroll all the way down to see the rest of the information.

  11. I'd love to possible error responses (e.g., when a cancellation fails) to be included in the API documentation.

    At the moment, it looks like only the successful 200 status is documented, so having details on other response scenarios could be really helpful for integration and error handling.

  13. The small icon that shows the auto-refund status is not showing in the booking details along with the other status icons (Rental Agreement signed & Guest Details icons). This should be consistent with the pipeline status icons.

  16. In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. However, the completed form is mumbo-jumbo. The info on the form is in one order while while the resulting completion is out of order in both email and Stay details tab's lead modal. It's difficult to interpret

  17. At the moment, Hostfully only has Number, Percent and Currency as formatter.

    We’d like to have ability to insert a formula within the report feature that:

    Enters “RACK” if no promo code was used and the booking was made directly.

    Enters “OTA” if the booking came through any of the OTAs (like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).

  19. When altering an Airbnb special offer booking from Pipeline, alteration (by choosing 1 more nights) kinda reset calculation to default ones, which is higher then the original quote guest books.

    This will cause confusion to guest as they see the price is way much higher than it should and possibly guest can cancel. So when altering a special offer, the original quote should remain plus the additional rent for extra nights added which would be more helpful.
