Able change the text when the minimum stay doesn't match with minimum stay requirement on on Direct booking site
When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

Options to send messages from mobile Inbox
The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

Option to override certain settings to be able to save leads
I would suggest an override button and an adjustment to how this process works.
If I have a customer over the phone that wants to make a payment on an existing reservation and I need to adjust the financials, I should not have to change settings to save the lead. This increases the chance of us not collecting payment or providing great customer service.
I can understand preventing us from changing dates due to overlap, but the whole reservation should not be locked.
We should still be able to adjust names, contact info, add notes, adjust financials, etc.

Add triggers related to check in and check out times
Adding the ability to send warnings to teams when check out and check in times are not between certain working hours, for example somebody checking in at 22:00 would need special care from the team, thus a notification to their whatsapp a couple of hours from the checkin will be very useful and may prevent problems with the guest

Option to automatically add signature to messages sent through the inbox
For all of my messages to a guest, it would be really nice for my signature below to automatically populate. I am able to add a signature area to all of my templates, but it's not an option from the inbox. I think it looks way more professional than just a short response that comes across more like a text message.

Leave prevent Check-in/Out boxes unchecked when you update the price for the range beyond the booking window
When you update the price for the range beyond the booking window, the 2 boxes to prevent check-in & checkout are ticked. But when the date opens up, or when you extend the booking window, the dates stay prevented for check-in & checkout.
What this does is cause us to not be able to adjust dates ahead of the booking window. We have to wait for the booking window to open and then adjust dates at that time

Shared owner reports would be able to work with both login by domain platform.hostfully.com or PM's custom domain
At the moment, when PM customize a custom domain, the shared reports for owner would not accessible if owner login with Hostfully domain. I would like to have this worked both on my custom domain or Hostfully domain.

Enable more forward looking date criteria for Scheduled Reports
I am trying to create a simple report for cleaners that will list checkout dates for say the next 4 weeks. This will be automatically sent to the cleaners each week.
Currently the scheduler only allow for Last week, last month, this week, this month etc. I need forward looking dates e.g, next 4 weeks, next 3 months

Free the DATA!! Leverage "Complex Conditions" to access all relevant data fields. Add # of guests and others
The Complex Conditions could simplify the entire Workflow Trigger process. This one area could handle all current trigger settings. And at a minimum, it should handle triggers for #s of guests, # of Nights, and Average Rent.
Additionally, leveraging the existing "Complex Conditions" model to nearly all fields lead/reservations could be exposed with trigger AND & OR logic. Opening additional data fields and Creating this simple tool allows full utilization of our data to increase our income and guest experience.

See All Customers?
In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

Preview a new property during the set up process
Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)

Inbox default to show all messages, not just relevant ones
I think either changing the default of the inbox view to "all" under that status, or giving the user the option to create their own default view would be helpful not to miss past guests or other messages because the system deems what is "relevant" and to change it is a manual process each time.

Add notes/comments section on the sidebar for each guest on the inbox
There's a lot of empty space in the inbox' sidebar. Having notes displayed in this section could be quite useful to keep track of ongoing work for an specific reservation and coordinating efforts in our team.

Need within the Lead_sql for return of CLOSED / CANCELLED leads
There is no return within the Leadsql CLOSED / CANCELLED leads.
This means we can't work fully with the Leadsql to our back-end connection.
All other statuses are present but these are not. This means more API calls and with the limitation within the amount of API calls per hour this will be a problem.2 votes -
