  1. It's confusing when it comes to the payment by Booking.com option as it's unclear about the requirement and timeline.

    Therefore, it would be helpful if Hostfully makes a Deal with booking that all their customers are offered the payments by booking option. As they say now I must wait for an invite. But it doesn't say when the invite will come

  4. Only suggestion I would make is to make the "View Order" button a bit more obvious, maybe make it available within the pipeline as one of the options that pops up when you click/hover over the circle. We don't have to click "Edit" to see that button.

  7. Just like Airbnb has easily visible blocks when the minimum night is not available, it helps us from having to eyeball and discover or having to click every block. Info should be automatically showing up in a block that goes between bookings when we don't have the minimum night met and then when we have blocks, there should be a note in there that is visible so we don't have to manually click every single block to find out what it's for.   9. We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.

    I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.

    I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.

  11. The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
    If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.

  12. Alexa show device is a great way to directly give specific recommendations to your guest. If this can sync with our guidebook we can create those specific ideas through the Alexa app on property to explain how to operate something or where to find things....

  15. The emails for vrbo for every listing say the sender name is the company name and I think this is adding confusion for travelers. We want to change the sender name for certain properties or templates

  16. Fees and policies should allow us to add discounts, an example we offer a 20% discount for a Monday to Friday stay for our direct bookers - we have to manually change the price - we have tick boxes to add a pet fee so a tick box to add a discount would be great
