  2. When using search widget for new stay date, you need to change the checkout date first then the checkin date while usually users will select new checkin date before checkout date.

    Steps to reproduce
    1. Enter date and Search
    2. Click on checkin date again to change - arrows have disappeared so there is no way to change and search for a different checkin date after checkout date that's currently in use.

    User should be able to select any checkin date or there is a button 'clear date' to select new checkin and checkout

  6. I am interested in setting up a system where travel agencies and other external partners can earn a commission (for example, 3%) for referring guests directly to our properties managed through HostFully. This would be separate from any internal programs currently offered by HostFully.

  9. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

  10. Rate multiplier amount should appear in Lead modal to avoid confusion. I have cases where total rent is less than Rent amount because of rate multiplier of -25%

  14. Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.

    Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

  16. Model the direct booking checkout to be more like Airbnb. Allow pets to be entered on the first screen instead of after the fact as an upsell. Add a note under "book now" that indicates the guest won't be charged yet. Add a separate inquiry button so if the guest has a question they can be sure they are submitting it and will get a response. Currently with instant booking turned on, the host gets a notification every time someone clicks book now (but doesn't complete the reservation), but the guest is not aware of that and not expecting any…

  18. The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.

    I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…
