  3. Being able to filter properties to specific websites. E.g. 1 website with the search widget only shows 5 out of 10 listings on that website, with another website showing the other 5 listings.

  4. Currently when using the calendar scroll bar, if you move the bar a little too much the calendar skips several months.

    Trying to scroll back over the past month places you 3 or 4 months back. It is too sensitive.

  6. Currently, the Analytics page only displays rental revenue in the property's active currency setting. If a property has bookings in multiple currencies (e.g., EUR and USD), only the revenue matching the current property currency is shown. This causes misleading or incomplete financial data, especially for properties that have recently changed currencies or accept international bookings.

    Suggestions
    1/ Add a currency filter or multi-currency breakdown on the Analytics page
    2/ Include all revenue data regardless of currency, with clear labeling
    3/ Option to normalize revenue to a single currency (e.g., convert all to USD based on exchange rate)

  8. The small icon that shows the auto-refund status is not showing in the booking details along with the other status icons (Rental Agreement signed & Guest Details icons). This should be consistent with the pipeline status icons.

  13. Sometimes owners block properties for work to be done, but most often they are blocking the property for personal use. In those cases, we need to clean and turnover the property just like we would for a guest reservation. Also, the smart automations (for example, changing thermostat settings via Lynx, Operto, etc.) should treat an owner stay the same as a guest stay.

  14. In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. However, the completed form is mumbo-jumbo. The info on the form is in one order while while the resulting completion is out of order in both email and Stay details tab's lead modal. It's difficult to interpret

  15. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  16. We are currently unable to make changes to the "Pre-booking message" field for Airbnb instant bookings in Airbnb. So it's helpful if we can have this field in Hostfully and sync it with Airbnb.

  17. My suggestion for Hostfully would be to put a clause in your contract with channel partners saying they are not allowed to do offer promotions above and beyond without prior approval (an expectation that they can unless we opt out is not good enough).

  20. The triggers should fire in the same order in which they are usually sent, even for a last-minute booking (instead of all firing at once). This is because when you create the triggers, you define a specific time to send each message
