  1. When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.

  2. We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

  3. If I add a note to a guest's Lead Details there is no way to know if notes have been added. If there are any other significant messages or other information that needs to be highlighted there is no way to do it.
    Right now at shift change each person has to read every message and look for notes of every guest since their last shift.
    If we could turn on a star or color dot next to the guest's name in the left column an admin could quickly scroll down the list and see which guests need attention.

  8. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

  11. On Booking.com there is an api reference to hide the address until the booking is confirmed. On the properties page a very good feature would be to add a checkbox for booking.com to enable this so users can have their addresses hidden prior to a confirmed reservation.

  14. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  18. This seems a ginormous oversight on the part of Hostfully, which could be very easily fixed - by not pooling together Fee / Service / Resolution adjustments into the one variable "Fee adjustment", and instead having a separate variable for each so they can be pulled in report separately.

  20. In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.
