  1. For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.

    Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

  2. The ability to set different email templates to be triggered depending on what season has been booked. For example, we operate in winter and summer and our offering, property and guests are quite different, so being able to customise the booking emails per season is essential.

  3. Property Managers need a way to cancel a booking and release the dates, but keep the original guest financially responsible until the dates are rebooked.

    If the dates are successfully rebooked, the system should allow applying a penalty and refunding the balance directly from the cancelled order.
    If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest remains responsible for the full booking amount.

  4. it would be very helpful because owners that live on site or who have stays for friends and family without charging them still need to pay for cleaning that is required by for the next check-in. Without a custom fee that can be automatically added, I have to go back and manually review the calendar for all of those owner blocks and manually add owner adjustments every time this happens.

  5. In the previous version (V2), it was really easy to see which photos were mapped to each room in the Where you'll sleep section. Everything was laid out clearly, and I could tell at a glance which photos were assigned or missing room tags.

    With V3, it's a lot more time-consuming. I have to click "Edit" on every single photo just to check if it’s linked to a room or not. This gets very tedious, especially when there are a lot of photos. It also makes it harder to troubleshoot or manage the listings efficiently.

  7. We’d love to see a feature that provides insight into message response times within Hostfully. Specifically, we’re aiming to respond to 100% of guest messages within 5 minutes, and it would be incredibly helpful to track and measure this performance over time.

    Ideal functionality would include:
    • Average response time per message
    • Percentage of messages responded to within a user-defined time frame (e.g., 5 minutes)

  8. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

  17. My guests on Booking.com can leave their preferred language when making reservations (e.g. German). However, when the reservation comes to Hostfully, the language is still English. I'd like this field to be automatically updated to the preferred language from Booking.com so that Hostfully can automatically send messages to guests in the preferred language. Right now I need to manually update the guest's language in Hostfully.

  19. Would be great to see the tags in the view on reviews here, if you want to tell dev team for feature requests.

    if you have automated rating of guests set up, and guest is unhappy, we can add the tag so that we see in the review screen and cancel the auatomed rating and request for them to review us. The goals is we don't offer unhappy guests more reminders to review US and hopeully not get a negative review.
