  1. At the moment, the condition "Day of the Week is" can only be sent along with the condition "Stay is Active".

    We would like the ability to have "day of the week" messages be sent to our Service Providers regardless of if there's an active stay or not.

  2. As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.

    If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.
    I would prefer if there was a place where I could enter the amount that was paid out so the report would then say 0.00 was due after that month was paid out.

    * Refund issued in the lead order.
    * Guest's impatience regarding the delay in receiving a refund, I cancelled the refund directly in Stripe and transferred the funds to the guest. However, despite the refund status being updated to "failed" in Stripe, the corresponding lead order continued to display the refund as "successful."

    ​Feature Request: I am requesting a feature enhancement that ensures synchronization between the refund status in Stripe and the corresponding lead order. Specifically, when a refund is cancelled directly in Stripe and marked as "failed," this status should be automatically reflected in the lead order.

    % comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).

    First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year. 

    Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.

  5. Please summarize each guest's message in a list similar to Airbnb's message inbox so it's easy to see multiple guests' message summaries. (rather than display just the last guest's message).

    • Include an Auto Pay enabled status, and the ability to turn on/off the Auto Pay
    • Include the Account Payment begin/end dates.

    These features are standard on virtually all that are subscription-based.

  7. A new integration for Hostfully to send over Pet count to Breezeway can be very helpful so we can see when guests have pets. Pet cleaning turnovers require extra cleaning and take longer. So we need this info to be in Breezeway.

  9. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

  10. A guest is prompted to sign the rental agreement each time they make a payment. This is an awkward customer experience. And inaccurate, since the rental conditions could have changed since they first signed and we need to honor the original agreement. It doesn't look polished for us to keep presenting the rental agreement to them each time, acting like we don't know who they are.

    So if guest already signs rental agreement at initial payment, they don't have to sign it a again for balance.

  12. "Percentage at reservation" from Property Settings => Main settings tab, for example 30% at reservation and collect balance at 15 days prior to checkin date => this variable "Percentage at reservation" will pull 30%

    "Deposit amount" means the amount guest has to paid at reservation. For example percentage amount at Property Settings => Main settings tab is 30% and guest's booking total without Security deposit is $1000 so this variable "Deposit amount" pulls 30% * 1000$ = 300$

  13. I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

  18. For example, in 2023, my agency's commission rate is 20%, but it changes to 25% in 2024. However, if I run the report for 2023, the commission rate will be 25% instead of the old one.

    It would be much more flexible and helpful to keep the correct date if we can maintain the old commission rate for old reports and just apply the new one from the date we change it.
