I like when the additional charge option is turned on for direct bookings but not for API connected. I am not interested in collecting a security deposit but thought it might be the 'hack' I need to get the CC authorization. I want to collect the security deposit 7 days before checkin days, there's only booking time or checkin time available at the moment.
at booking it's too early and and at checkin too late... it is our experience

Currently, the only way for me to do this is (every single time I receive a webhook): receive the webhook, get the threaduid and agencyuid, pull ALL of the leads for that agency, then for EACH lead call the GET messages endpoint to get the message and check to see if the thread_uid matches to find the thread with the uid matching what was in the webhook. Automatically translate messages send through inbox
Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

VRBO Listing Description Improvements
When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

Order statement variable
bring the real information, not the total order amount. If the guest already paid something to be discount. I wish it could be automatic. Show a real statement, without have to include an extra line. What I understand is that, each time I need to send a statement to a Guest, I should include an extra line.

Ability to keep the commission rate for past reports
For example, in 2023, my agency's commission rate is 20%, but it changes to 25% in 2024. However, if I run the report for 2023, the commission rate will be 25% instead of the old one.
It would be much more flexible and helpful to keep the correct date if we can maintain the old commission rate for old reports and just apply the new one from the date we change it.

Feature to pay owners directly through Hostfully and record balances
As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.
If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.
I would prefer if there was a place where I could enter the amount that was paid out so the report would then say 0.00 was due after that month was paid out.4 votesWe have been researching for best ways to provide this feature, so this is an ongoing effort already, fyi.

Support attachments / photos via WhatsApp
For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp
And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems

Import Airbnb co-host messages to Inbox
As PM with no access to the main host account but only the co-host account to send messages from the Airbnb app, I'd like these messages to show up in Hostfully Inbox as well
It occurs that many PMs don't have access to the main host account (it belongs to the owner for example). So they communicate and manage reservations as a co-host.
If Hostfully Inbox doesn't import co-host's messages, I'll need to go back and forth between Hostfully Inbox and Airbnb messages which is time-consuming.

Hyperlink in Pre-arrival Form
We have a pet agreement that we want to hyperlink to if the guest answers Yes to bringing a pet. Currently we can add a link but it isn't clickable, hyperlinking does not work on the guest side. Nothing happens when they click the link. They have to copy and paste the link to be able to read the agreement and indicate they agree with the terms. Would be nice to hyperlink to the rental agreement as well if we want. That way they aren't receiving too many agreements and forms to fill out.
