  1. My cleaners see blocked dates as well as booked dates as the same color in Service Provider portal calendar, so they never know if its a check out or just a blocked date.

    It's much more helpful if we can have different colors for bookings blocks in SP portal.

  2. The channel rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rate and not the extra guest fee.

    This may create some inconvenience for us and our property listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com. We would be more than happy if this feature is taken into account.

  3. When setting a new property directly at Hostfully (HF) to export it to other channels, an option to block dates before launching will make it easier instead of creating and then going to calendar to block dates.

At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.

    Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

  10. Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

  12. Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.

  13. It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.

  14. At the moment, users are having issue that no matter they changes the security deposit settings on Property main settings, the SD settings on Bookung.com always shows like below:

    Damage policy options.
    You require a damage deposit from guests:
    - Your guests pay a damage deposit by Credit Card
    - You collect this from your guests: Up to 14 days before arrival

    while users select the option to return security deposit 7 days in account settings.

    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.

  18. The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.

    I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…
