  4. Currently I can't import property description from Airbnb to Hostfully due to unsupported locale "es". Hostfully map descriptions based on the languages Hostfully supports, but ‘supporting’ limits to the language, whereas Airbnb works with full locales like es_ES. In the meantime, I have to manually add description to Hostfully.

  5. Currently, there're variables for LUID, Property UID & Agency UID but Order UID or Order URL.
    Sometimes Property manages need to take a quick look on the lead order while doing reports, so it would be helpful for them if the Order URL could be generated in reports

  6. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

  7. Given that many property management companies book beyond the current year, reoccurring scheduled reports need to have the function to report beyond the current year. At the moment, this is the furthest out you can select when scheduling a report.

  9. When searching availability for a specific date range, the results include properties that are only available for a portion of the specified range. They would only like results for properties that are available the duration of the date range.

  10. I want to allow booking requests during booking lead time on Hostfully Channel. I have a booking lead time of one week for instant bookings but would like to take booking requests inside that window (like it allows me to do on Airbnb).

  11. Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..
    It would be great if we can add those fields so PM can have the correct tax on the custom fees applied for Direct Booking site

  14. When scheduling enhanced reports, there should be additional options for the frequency of report generation. Currently, the only options are Daily, Weekly, and Monthly frequency. For those that use additional software that integrates with Hostfully to import reservations, a report is often needed more than once a day. Please integrate smaller timeframes, for instance, 1-hour - given that bookings can happen at any time and integrated software needs to stay updated with new reservations.

  15. This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period. The other benefit would be that your review posting last minute will postpone the automated Airbnb message to the guest to leave you a review once it's too late, rather than reminding them to leave you a…

  16. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again
