  1. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

  3. System template “Rental Agreement Notification” was sent automatically from email platform.hostfully but did not record in Inbox. Then guest replied to that message and it did not go to Inbox neither.

    We are depending more and more on communicating via the Hostfully Inbox. But if automated send templates are not in there it’s hard to keep track in the communication thread.

  4. I currently have a report called master owner report. I use vacation rent payment which takes a range of 3.5 - 3.99% for processing and I need that subtracted from the total payment before it is divided by 80% and 20% for owner and manager.
    the processing fee is not always 3.99%. it is 3.99% for American Express cards but 3.5% for all other cards.

    It would be great to have processing fee variable supports for payment processor VRP

  7. I would like property custom datas (amount, numbers, or any type of info) to be pushed to enhanced reports, within the property fields.
    For instance, while I don't want to add a linen fee in the price (because it is included in the cleaning fee), I need the linen fee to appear for each reservation in the report in order to calculate the owner income (Our linen fee is not per guest, the fee depends on the property beds number).

  8. While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.

    The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

    Re-opening this UV since we do NOT provide the guest contact information on the Owner Portal, only the guest's first and last name.

    The request here is to provide the contact info, which can include:

  10. I'd like to be able to authorize a guest's card for (example) $500, but only capture the funds if there are damages. Otherwise, the credit card releases the hold.

  11. If the guest goes to a specific property page, they can check the dates that are available (highlighted) and the dates that are booked (greyed out).

    On the main page, since it's sorted by locations, which means that if PMs have 3 properties at the same location Show Low, AZ, the system can't provide availability of a single property and ignore the other 2. Therefore, I believe it's by design to show the Calendar this way for all dates.

  13. I just checked and Hostaway does have this feature to to export the whole calendar to other channels instead of each listing. It would be much simpler and time saving.

  15. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

  16. I have several restaurants in my guidebook that have a full bar as well as a restaurant. Currently it is necessary to list the restaurant twice separately as a restaurant and as a bar. It would be more convenient to just select the restaurant once and then be given the option to add multiple categories related to the restaurant.

  18. I have connected a couple of properties to the Airbnb calendar of the owner via iCal, which is causing the owner's bookings from Airbnb to appear in check-in report, even in Quickbooks.

    It would be great if these bookings should not appear there as the owner takes care of them.

  19. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25).
