Ability to set different cancellation policies during different times of the year.
It would be nice if there was an option to set a different cancellation policy during peak season (Strict) and a less strict one during off peak season and also ability to set the policy based on lead time

Able to close hold expired leads
Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

We need the ability to filter more than one property on the analytics page
Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

Ability to create gift cards
We would like to have the ability to be able to actually create gift cards so that someone could book online with the gift card versus discount code and be taxed properly without me having to manually enter it? For example, the gift card would be taxed on rent amount since the discount is taxed on rent-discount ((a line item will be added with a negative amount after the guest books the dates/in a manual booking and the Tax on Rent would be applied on the Rent only))

Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

Allow Service Providers to report issues and attach photos
Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

Booking updated template to indicate exactly what was changed
At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.
We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

Filter leads response by source / status / creation date
We are using leads to generate statistics & charts. We only need leads generated through ORBIRENTALWIDGET and ORBIRENTALFORM source.
Without requested filters, we are going through each of the leads, and using the targeted sources. Here, we are spending our api request quota.
It would be great if you could consider following changes in future updates.
1. Filter leads by sources.
2. Filter leads by statuses.
3. Filter leads by date created before / after.

Add language selection for a template in Inbox
In the system/custom templates, there's the option to add another language. However, when I want to manually send the templates to Guests in Inbox, it defaults to English. There should be the option to choose the language version in the Inbox.

Direct Book- Customizable Reservation Requirements
Currently, the only required information the guest needs to input when instantly booking via Hostfully is their name, email and dates. We need to collect mobile phone numbers, whether or not they're bringing a pet and would like to require a message from them about their stay.
For instant booking on Airbnb, you can require the guest to answer your customized questions at booking.
