  1. We want to prevent check in/out on 12/25/23 and 1/1/24 for all properties. At the moment, we have to open each property > Pricing tab to do this.

  3. Right now, to remove a Third party agency from the PMP, PM need to make a request and it needs to be escalated. PM would like the ability to remove the Third party directly from the PMP (for example, with a delete option)

  5. The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.

    To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

  9. The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.

    I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

  11. I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.

    Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
    How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.

    Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

  12. As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.

  13. I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

  14. You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.

    It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

  16. Currently, the only required information the guest needs to input when instantly booking via Hostfully is their name, email and dates. We need to collect mobile phone numbers, whether or not they're bringing a pet and would like to require a message from them about their stay.
    For instant booking on Airbnb, you can require the guest to answer your customized questions at booking. It would remove so much back and forth for me if I could customize what we capture from the guest at the time of booking.

  18. "Notes" or "Additional Information" fields in such areas as Edit Provider, Owner under Edit Properties, etc. Other fields that would be helpful here would be an additional phone field (Office vs. Cell). Website address would also be nice.
    These fields would be to enter useful information on provider services, hours, etc.
    Likewise, for the Owner tab, entering additional information on multiple owners, owner requests, etc
