  1. "Notes" or "Additional Information" fields in such areas as Edit Provider, Owner under Edit Properties, etc. Other fields that would be helpful here would be an additional phone field (Office vs. Cell). Website address would also be nice.
    These fields would be to enter useful information on provider services, hours, etc.
    Likewise, for the Owner tab, entering additional information on multiple owners, owner requests, etc

  2. Owner report can only have 2 sub reports, one is Booking/Financial/Revenue report and one is owner adjustments. When you run the report and choose the date range, both sub reports will run data of bookings within this time frame. Any data outside the date range can't be generated.

    However, we want to add more sub reports (e.g Year to Date financial report) there to generate the information OUTSIDE of the date range selected.

    Im summary, we want to select multiple date ranges for each sub report and show all those sub ones in 1 owner report only.

  4. We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.

    We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
    We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week.   5. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

  6. I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.

    Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
    How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.

    Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

  7. Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.

    This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel

  8. I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

With the new inbox we are getting replies from guests coming to our actual email account (ie: gmail or google) which is great as we were missing guests replies when they were coming into the inbox. However if I wish to reply to the guest from my email account not the inbox their address is not their just platform@hostfully. Is there any way to have their actual email address added as well (for non Airbnb guests - as I understand Airbnb have dedicated emails)

  13. I am looking for a way to upload documents to the owners portal. Documents that don't exist in Hostfully already. Each year we do a survey of the properties and give recommendations of things the owners improve, so that is an example of something we would like the ability to be able to drop in the owner portal.

Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking.   15. I mean the code can be used for many bookings during the time periods as long as the booking is valid. But each user/email, when making a reservation, can only use that code once.

  16. have been having lots of owners with concerns about the owners portal as it is very basic and not showing much to them. On our other plattform Lodgify, they could see much more like fees breakdown, messages from clients, the jobs created etc.
    Is there a way where owners can see Jobs and more info other than what they see?
    I have set them up in full permissions and it is still very empty which is causing owners to not like the way we are managing it etc. Transparency is very important to us.

  19. The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
    I want to have the option to hide it.
    * Feedback: when adding a new "feature" maybe you should give the users options if they WANT to even use this feature instead of just implementing it with no choice.
